World Market — Local services in Palm Springs

I honestly love the items this store has to offer and have been shopping there for as long as I started working in the same shopping center (8+ years). From food to furniture, there are few products that haven’t impressed me. I have a family member that works there as well. Unfortunately, despite shopping there for years and having a family member employed at this location, no manager and few staff ever seem willing to assist me when I do go in to shop. They have a few gems like Darren at the register but overall no one even likes to make eye contact with me. When I do need help I usually go when my family is working because I know they will assist. Yesterday was one of those days. While helping me find items and price check a couple things that weren’t displayed, my family member was rudely treated for assisting me and management felt the need to check around corners and eavesdrop making sure I was actually shopping and not fraternizing. Went in today to take advantage of their one day only 30% off world market brand foods. I was able to get some coffee that was on clearance for 55% off. This combined with the 30% off coupon, I was able to buy bags of coffee for $2.20 each! Over all I spent $60 on a variety of products and saved $35! Not too bad!

Went in today to look at outdoor furniture. I thought considering the quality and price point that they had some very good values. I'm also tired of all outdoor furniture being some form of woven wicker...they had other options here that were stylish...

Cost Plus is such a great store. I love their furniture the wood tables and cabinets and such are lovely. They have lots of unique things and food products that you don't find everywhere. My friend from England goes there to get cookies and chocolates and other cooking things there that he can't find elsewhere. If you can you should stop in there during the holidays, they have really nice and fun things for all the holidays. For Christmas I always get the new nutcracker they put out, they're reasonably priced and each one comes with a nice tree...
