So I called them up to make myself a custom black diamond chain and bracelet out of 2 18" chains i had purchased from an online jewelry auction. I had originally asked major jewelers i shop at and didn't get a fast response, so I called them figuring they had an actual jeweler (Found them on Google maps).They did indeed have one so I brought my chains to them as soon as I was back home in palm springs. Everybody was polite and helpful. I had just sold my 2 gold chains and pendants before going back to work after taking 4 months off because of the pandemic, and wanted this chain to be 22" instead of the 24" I always buy because it fits over my head. I wanted something I can have forever, classy, I can wear with or without a pendant, and black diamond. I thought I had a 8 a half inch wrist but the jeweler recommended 9 and some change after measuring and I took his advice. He also recommended a 24" to 26" chain to go over my head which I didn't want. I also wanted the hardware to be white gold instead of silver, luckily they don't work with silver. The jewelry showed me a bead style clasp wich I asked to see and me and the pretty lady working also agreed was not a good fit. So after that I was then given a price of $500 and some change for the rebeading and gold hardware. I paid immediately instead of at pick up. Called next time I was in town (10 days later) not done. Called 7 days later and turned out I missed their call same day. So 17 days opproximately before completion. The jeweler is working on jewelry both times I've visited so they are not just fooling around, and instead busy. 2 older ladies complimented my jewelry and said they where also getting some black diamonds that day. They also welded the clasp instead of just bending it witch makes me feel secure, and the hook for the clasp is unexpectedly large so I can hook it. They have rolex watches and a cool black hublot watch. Didn't look at much honestly because I shop at the jewelers who do celebrities and hip-hop artists. I will say they had some nice custom lady's pieces tho. Pretty stuff and good diamonds. Didn't notice any I clarity trash their, also wasn't looking much. After I had already took my jewelry to them I was quoted $1000 for the same work by another NY jewelry and most didn't respond or said they don't work on other people's jewelry, because they make their own obviously (diamond district) so I'm happy 😊 (I have not cleaned these once yet so lots of finger...

Right before Christmas,(like 3 days), I brought in my late husbands Citizen watch which was not running. I liked this timepiece and had assumed that the battery had died. It turned out that the battery was an eco-battery and charged by regular exposure to sun and ambient light. (It had sat in a jewelry box for many months) I had no idea. The jeweler told me that he had spent time removing oxidation from the Re-chargable battery to see if he could re-charge it. Lo and behold, my watch sat under a light in front of his work desk and he told me that it had indeed been re-charged. He then re assembled my watch and asked me to wait a minute or 3 while he polished the band. This watch hasn't looked so stellar since my dear Peter purchased it many years ago.
