Service was terrible. If you're open, you should have the products you sell. I get a big order (3 cups 1 shake) 30 minutes before close isnt ideal but its still your job. Terrible attitude from the lady tonight. 3 more people came in after us and she clearly was miserable. 2 stars for the ice cream. 0 stars for service. Going out of my way for better...

What a terrible store with workers that have bad attitudes. I walked in at 8:29 on a Saturday evening The “OPEN” light was on and the door was open. The young lady working had an crappy attitude and replied with a very snarky “We are Closed”. They will not get any more of my business, I will spend my money someplace else where the customers are...

I really like coffee, so I ordered the coffee lover's only and it was so good. I like the smoke tree location because the area isn't as busy as downtown and there's chairs to sit and enjoy my Ice cream.
