So I was looking for new furniture for my new home and noticed this place called furniture city in Palmdale and let me tell you I’m so happy I stopped by because they have outstanding great looking furniture outstanding extreme fair low prices for top quality furniture and outstanding customer service. Also RANA was awesome she helped find what we were looking for quick and easy and she made the impossible possible thank you so much again and because of RANA at furniture city that me and my family are extremely satisfied and beyond happy. We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from here. EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish. I can’t recommend this place enough. Raina was sooo nice, knowledgable, never pushy. I walked in, was greeted and allowed to browse without ever feeling pressured. Once I made my decision Raina made the entire process enjoyable. Delivery was fast and efficient. Bad business I went to this store looking for a couple of idems and really couldn't decided want I wanted I saw this brown floor model sofa The lady told me she would put a sold sign on it till I come back Tuesday As soon as I canceled the order she told me I'm not selling this to you with the worst attitude ever. She flat out lied right to my face and promised me the sofa at the Sametime. I really don't understand how could this business get all these five stars. I guess to get a discount.
