Panpan Wok Chinese Fast Food — Restaurant in Palmdale

Was 5 star review last year, now 3 star as 2nd time in row food was not prepared as ordered; no cashews in cashew chicken and ordered without bell peppers and loaded with extra peppers and forgot to put onions. Fountain soda was flat; they did replace with canned soda. Today's server/cashier is my favorite, she knows our order by heart; wish her husband was the cook again. Today's cook did not follow instruction nor prepare the food the way it was ordered. Other server/cashier & cook on our previous visit got order wrong too and put raw cashews instead of candied cashews on the chicken; I guess that is better than zero cashews in the cashew chicken like today. Asked for extra veggies in soup as i delete the won tons and chicken, there was only 2 pieces of zucchini, 1 slice of carrot, no cabbage or water chestnuts or onion, --- basically a bowl of lettuce, celery and 4 piece of shrimp in broth for $8.

The food tasted good and I love the friendliness of today's cashier/server, so three 🌟 🌟 🌟's. Were it not for that, today's experience would have been a one 🌟 rating.

LAST YEAR'S REVIEW was 5-STAR This place is the best. Delicious food, super friendly staff that serves large portions. You can order from the trays or get a special that is made to order. My favs are the cashew chicken (dark meat) (i ask to hold the bell pepper) and the Wor Won Ton soup (i request no won tons) ( zucchini, shrimp, white meat chicken, broccoli, carrot, greens) Super clean eating area and bathroom. With the specials you get to choose one of three sides (rice noodles, fat noodles, or fried rice) Their string bean chicken (white meat) is real good too! Highly recommend. I have gone there 3-4 times per month for over a year. Always a pleasant friendly smile with tasty food items to choose from. I like that the soups are made to order. The portions are so large i normally get 2 to three meals out...

Came in on April 17th 4:20pm and service was amazing and food was fresh! There was over 10 people waiting happily for there food to be made fresh because they ran out since it was so busy. Everyone waited with no complaints. They all seemed like regulars. I have owned an operated and was a chef at a couple restaurants and i can tell they make everything there from scratch. I also made they same type of food they make here and they are doing a wonderful job. have been in over 30 states and ate at many Chinese or Asian/Thai places. This place gave me a good feel and too me back to the good old days with good prices and god portionsand good food. Their price is fair, and they literally fill your box up. One 3x item plate can easily be shared with another person. Coconut shrimp was delicious. I like they have the Orange colored lo mein and Singapore style noodle or fried rice or steamed rice or veggies and then many different entrees to choose from. Cost me $13 and I got a 3 items with an order of spring rolls(comes with 2). I ate half and so full and now I have a late dinner for later. Thank you staff for making great food and having great service. If you order your food delivered and the delivery service takes forever to pick up the food and thw restaurant has it ready in time as they are told by the delivery app to have it ready by a certain time and that delivery driver has to deliver to 1 or 2 customers before you, of course you sh1t gonna be soggy ya ignorant f. uk don't blame the restaurant because you can't do the math for time...

it was difficult to find a good, authentic chinese restaurant in palmdale that was not too far. and then we found panda wok! before the pandemic, this restaurant was always busy but never crowded as most orders were carry out. their lobby is not too big but nice to hang out in. the food is delicious!! they have several combo options and the plates are packed tight. great food for a great value! we have also gotten the boba thai tea which we pretty much drank all summer long. so good. employees are efficient and friendly. they are very generous and we are lucky to have them here in palmdale. we have ordered their food thru delivery apps but i prefer to go and pick up my orders. the apps don't list all their items. is always a place to eat at when you find yourself in palmdale! they never...
