KFC — Restaurant in Palmdale

It was usually always good up until the other day when I went after they asked if they could help me as I pulled up in the drive threw i mediator told then that I had a coupon and what deal it offered for $29.99 Went through the drive through and when I pulled up she told me that it would be $43. Something I questioned the girl at the window reminding her of my coupon but she still went ahead Anna charged me the extra money so I once again she also by the way cause she never said anything to it was time to pay that she had also charged me an other dollar for picking fries Anna mashed potatoes but any ways i had to reminded her of my coupon and told her that it did not seem right and that I needed her to correct it and she came back with my cc and $5.00 and some change i tools her that I needed the money placed back on my card so she went and got her manager who took the time to show her how to do it something I thought she should have done before or after work or any other time but not on my time then after she placed the money back on my card i told her that it still did not seem right and at that moment she told me that by the way she had also charged me an extra dollar for requesting that half of my order be extra crispy something that no one has ever done, she just told me that that’s what it was and walked away then her manager came to the window and asked if there was anything else u was confused so I asked what do you mean? To which she responded did I get my drink yet and I told her that I had not so she served my drink And handed it to me , and still they both stood there looking at me and then asked was there anything else, i told her yes can you give me my food now? I responded no nothing else but can I food? She the manager went and good my bag of food when I got home, the chicken was so greasy and the crispy part of the chicken crumbled right off as soon as you touched it., such a sad...

Dear KFC Management,

I am writing to share my recent experience at your location on 04/28/2024, which left my husband and me very disappointed.

At approximately 4:39 PM, we placed our order using kiosk #2 inside the restaurant. The kiosk was noticeably laggy and slow, which was frustrating but manageable. Our food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time, which we appreciated. However, the service we received from the employee who handed us our food was unacceptable.

The woman assisting us—wearing glasses and holding a pink phone—was extremely rude from the moment I asked for ketchup. She gave us only three packets for two orders of fries and reacted with an unpleasant attitude when I politely asked for more. Her demeanor made it feel like my simple request was a burden, and she even gave me a dirty look.

After sitting down, we realized a biscuit was missing from my husband’s Chicken Big Box meal. When I returned to the counter to ask for it, she was laughing with coworkers. Upon seeing me, her entire expression changed to visible irritation. She initially tried to argue that the meal did not include a biscuit, despite the picture on the menu clearly showing otherwise. Her behavior was unprofessional and confrontational.

It was disheartening to be treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Whether she was having a bad day or simply didn’t want to be there, it should not have impacted the way she interacted with us.

Manager extremely rude. I went through the drive through and asked for "hot sauce on th3 side". The dtive through employee flat out said "NO" . I said "what do you mean no?". He just repeated "No". So. I said, could you just put a dash of hot sauce in my KFC bowl then? "Hr said "yes, i can do that". So i go through and leave. I open it and the bowl is FULL of hot suace. Im not one to complain, especially at fast food restaurants, but this was rediculous. I am not eating a bowl full of hot sauce. So i called and asked for the manager. I asked him if they had or heck even sold side sauces and he said yes we do. And i told him what happened. He said he didnt believe me and hung up on me. I use to work fast food but that was rediculous. I guess they don't understand what a side sauce is. I assume its my fault and now thinking about it i should of said "hot sauce packets".
