Dear Subway, I'm writing to inform you that on May 9 24. I arrived at 2321 E Avenue S E-1, Palmdale, CA 93550, around 9 p.m.
Sadly, I was quite upset to learn that the toaster wasn't operating and that neither meatballs nor jalapeƱos were available. Despite my initial desire to go, I stayed and tried to make the most of it. I went ahead and placed an additional sandwich order. Roasted chicken was my request.
I requested that the young man kindly turn up the heat on my chicken. I was shocked to see not just a disorganized sandwich but also a really cool chicken when I got home. Why the microwave was located in the back of the business is beyond me. In any case, I was shocked to learn that my chicken was chilly.
It's frustrating because in order to try to enjoy my sandwich, I had to come home and reheat the cheese and chicken. You would think that paying $25 would be sufficient to get me a quality meal.
Surprisingly, certain items weren't accessible when I visited at 9 p.m. despite the fact that this location shuts at 11 p.m. It was just a really bad experience, and the personnel didn't seem to care. I prefer to frequent Subway since I truly appreciated the meal. I hope everything on your menu is better and the customer service is better the next time.

Then 2 other gentleman was walking in as I went behind them the employee Sylvia was gonna take the 2 gentleman's order B4 mine after she knew I was B4 them I stated to her earlier I stepped outside due to the other lady ordering multiple sandwiches & that cause an argument with the other customer after she knew I was B4 them. Then the 2 other gentleman just decided to leave eventually . Then as she started making my sandwiches she had my sandwiches sitting for like 7mins while she was preparing the jalapeno bread and went to take the peoples food outside while my food was sitting there then as she began to come back in n I asked to do one of my sandwiches over bc it was getting cold so I asked her to do it again she had a horrible attitude extremely bad customer service. The two females in this shift needs better customer service n to be a lil more faster doing there job .
