Hot Chili Grill and Burgers — Restaurant in Palmdale

A re-write of my original 5 Star. Been a constant client, and enthusiast, but sadly the one-off getting to and receiving no service literally spoiled the menu. I did drive up while the open sign was still on, and the lights were on too. Waited for a bad five minutes behind the car being served, and finally my turn at the window was up, just to drive up and be told they are closed. Lights had gone out while waiting in line, nowhere to go and figured they'd placed the orange cone behind me, to assure no more cars would get in. Literally my window of opportunity vanished while idling in the driveway. I understand closing time, but if you let a car in, have it wait, then say we're closed for the day, this is not a good policy. Too bad for their initial good service, back then. Back...

I'm hard of hearing, and I had trouble hearing the speaker when I placed my order. Upon driving up the window, the cashier verified my order and was aware of my inability to hear. I asked for suggestions for club sandwiches or a double burger since I had a hard time choosing. She suggested the club sandwiches and my friend Karen, who is a harsh food critic, loved the foods I brought in and inquired where I order it. Club sandwiches, zucchini with ranch dipping and horchata drink. PERFECT comfort dinner to end my day, and my son reported she's was so nice! I don't live here, but now it looks like Karen and I will be repeat...

Went there today, there was one car in front of me. I was waiting in the drive-thru lane and they told me they would get to me in a moment. I waited 30 mins. No one has checked to see if I needed help or if I had put my order in. The car in front of me left so I pull up to the window and there is no one in sight. Waited 15 minutes, still no one is there. Then a lady tells me she will be right with me...still waited 10 mins more so I left. Waited almost an hour for them not to take my order. Very disappointed, very likely to...
