Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Palmdale

We’ve been Going to this Dutch bros. Since it opened. It’s near our home, every time we went it was smooth the service was good. As of recently it’s happened twice, they have been girls that take our order they were extremely rude. I ordered Saturday 11/30/2024 a large gummy bear lemonade no ice because it was for my kids and she said there will be space on the top I was like “ok” never has happened I’ve ordered it before and they fill it to the top. My husband went today 12/02/2024 around 2:30pm with my kids for starters she came up to his window with attitude asking “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” My kids wanted OG gummy bear slushy soda he said the girl took his order and she punched in god knows on the iPad another girl came up to his window restating his order which was NOT what he had told the first girl. He gets to the pick up window the girl making the drinks was already Mad for no reason because the other 2 had got his order wrong screaming at him asking if it was soda or lemonade. Every time we ordered the total was about $10 this time he was charged $13 for 3 kid drinks. If prices went up it’s ok but the girls being rude is not ok. Please, speak to your workers.

We were heading to Starbucks lol however we decided to give Dutch Bros a try, since it seems to always have a good flow of customers and plenty of parking spaces also a very efficient drive- thru system. We were greeted by a nice young lady who was freezing out in the cold (felt bad for her) we received our drinks from another nice young lady, no receipt,paid $30, whatever it was all good ! However time comes to try our drinks, we came to the conclusion that the coffee was watered down and not of good quality. The largest drink a "cocomo" was more than half full of ice, the drink tasted bland and had a very faint coffee taste with lots of water and 5 mls of whipped cream 😅. I understand it maybe popular with the youngest generation and we caffeinated people have no business to seek here. The cold drinks were colorful however the amount of sugar was way above the normal, even for a 5 year old running on mac and cheese and pedialyte. Wish them all the best but we won't be...

I went here this morning July 12th 2024 I ordered the kicker was supposed to be Blended it was not. As far as for Irish Cream I would have to say burnt coffee with milk over ice. Four people tried it that's the same thing they said. No Irish cream flavor at all not worth my time or effort to go here I suggest people go to Starbucks won't get anything close to anything but at least they're coffee has some flavor. I wish they would answer their phone when someone calls but apparently customers aren't that important to them. My nephew got a mocha and it had flavor it still wasn't Blended and was supposed to be. They don't pay attention to their customers orders they also are very slow at making the orders wrong just remember that if you choose to go you're a good luck I personally will not...
