Went to this guy a few times when I was new to the area and because the other much more professional place didn’t show up on Apple Maps that is only a 5 minute drive from this place.

The owner over charges for everything and does a subpar job. I had a new radio out in and a sub and amp I bought put in the back. The sub and amp were poorly put in and CONSTANTLY had issues where I had to go back to get it fixed. The owner knows I’m there for him to fix something he messed up on and will keep you waiting before he checks to see what he did wrong. Then he’ll charge you to fix HIS problem.

That was on my last vehicle. I reluctantly went to him again on a Sunday just to check if an amp I was getting would even work. He charges $25 just to check saying it would take up his time. Mind you they had three staff workers and him free due to slow traffic on a Sunday. Only one guy was working on another vehicle. To charge that much for a two minute check and then lie to me with blatant evidence suggesting otherwise proves to me he hasn’t changed a bit in the past few years since I first went to him and is every bit deserving of the one star rating.

My advice is go to the other stereo place at the nearby outlet mall. They are more professional, cheaper (realistic pricing), and are much more nicer than the owner to this place is. It’s sad that he’s getting a lot of work because it looks as if he’s the only car stereo place in Palmdale and people don’t know they are...

HUGE RISK COMING HERE!!!

Rarely write reviews negative ones at that. The experience was not very welcoming, guy that helped me (didn't get his name) kept trying to push a purchase on me. I tried a couple times to explain to him why I didn't need it, but didn't really care for what I had to say, just wanted me to buy the extra installment.

Careless- of things in or even on your car. When reinstalling my interior door frame he forcefully pushed against my car door about a dozen times, making it look like he was trying to break my door. Not caring at all until I walked outide. Don't think he knew I was watching from inside the building when he was doing that, cause he didn't do it again whilst I was out there watching him more closely.

The only time he showed any type of friendliness or good attitude was when I was getting ready to pay.

Pro: the only good thing to come out of this was the other guy that actually installed my stuff was actually informative and did a good job.

Price: was reasonable but still higher then I expected.

Customer service: could be better.

Recomadation: don't really recommend this place cause they seem like they are mainly here for your money rather than your actual needs. Careless of things inside and outside your are, so be careful what you leave with them, you might come back later to something damaged or...
