Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Palmdale

I wish you could give places negative stars. This would be negative 1,000 !! We spent over 50.00+ for our family to eat lunch here. Nothing was fresh! Everything tastes like it’s cooked in the same oil and in old oil! The seasoning on the fries is not consistent and then some fries were still raw in the middle. The hush puppies were so gross just oily breading. Our family (including 2 out of 3 kids) got sick! We will never eat here again! And I’m tired of restaurants starting out good but then they start getting too busy to give you quality food! Stop being in a rush and hire more people to keep up with the demand. You can’t just ignore quality because you feel too busy! Y’all are lucky I didn’t drive back to demand a refund. That food was beyond HORRIBLE!

Edited to Update: the restaurant responded that they checked my reviews and I only give Palmdale negative reviews LOL AND said they change their oil 4x a week! .. gross! Who posts this mess for you? So since this restaurant likes to give excuses instead of taking accountability after making a family sick! )An 8yr old and a 6yr old throwing up all night after eating it): no I actually LOVE Palmdale.. that’s why we moved here! I’ve lived all over the east coast, northwest and Midwest before choosing the west coast and decided Palmdale is our favorite! If I have a bad experience, I share it! If I have a good experience, I share it! Especially since I feed my kids this food! Stop blaming the customer and fix your QUALITY! It’s funny you never acknowledged the good review I gave you months ago!.. that’s why when I went to edit my review due to getting sick, I said “starting out good”! .. we’ve eaten here in the past when the food was good! Grow up and start caring about what you feed people. How would you like it if carelessness went into food someone served you after you pay 50+??? . And to everyone else there are plenty of great places to eat in Palmdale just not here, Taco Bell or McDonald’s or pedros seafood. Sorry not sorry-truth hurts! Way to take accountability! Small businesses in this area look down on you and I see why now. And you ONLY change your oil 4x a week? That’s it? Eewww! I can’t believe you even admitted that! That’s disgusting! My experience here Saturday evening was not good. The crew working that evening was very unprofessional to say the least. I ordered my food at 4:54pm and was told it would be 10-15 minutes to be ready. I went back to my car to wait. After a while, I saw the person who ordered just ahead me go in and get her order. I go in after her thinking my food should be ready. I am a patient person but this was inexcusable. I questioned the young lady on the register about the order and she said let me check on your order. Then the young lady with the burgundy highlights in her hair preceded to be disrespectful in speaking to me saying that if she were the grease cooking the chicken she would fry it faster. The chicken is really crispy. I definitely recommend. The hot sauce is also very good, spicy and tangy. I always order the tender combo with a Pepsi and mashed potatoes. I just don't like the atmosphere. There are a lot of homeless people hanging outside. I also don't like how the customers treat the employees. They push them around and threaten them. The poor girls look scared at times. I have even seen a big man get crazy with a cashier girl and demand a free cheese cake. No respect from the...
