Terrible experience! Our 4 year old child was assaulted in a confined space on the top floor of the play structure. He was smacked in the face by another child and the owner Yadira indicated it is not her place to address the situation and she said I should have been watching him. The area in which it occured had very little visibility due to the netting. I was watching him. It would be helpful if she and her two employees monitored the play area instead of standing up front talking to eachother. I understand kids will be kids but hitting with no repercussions is not appropriate or safe. This is not a safe place for children if the owner doesn't even attempt to address or monitor these situations. I will not return.

Update*No one was screaming but my child as he had a handprint across his face! My voice was indeed escalated as I was fearful my child was hurt. Your facility is unsafe for children and you lack accountability as a business owner. I read your policy and it indicates you do warn and ask kids to leave. I recommend a controlled environment to address these situations. Engage the parents and the children and have a conversation. Maybe a time out for the children. We just celebrated our three-year-old’s birthday at Ohana Indoor Playground, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond. They were so kind, organized, and attentive to every detail. The party decor was gorgeous, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. We had kids ranging from 2 to 6 years old, and every single one had a blast!

We also visit Ohana regularly with our 3- and 7-year-old, and they always ask to go back. It’s clean, safe, beautifully decorated, and full of fun activities for all ages. It’s great to have a place for kids to play together but having the parents inside and in the way seems counterintuitive. There is no appropriate seating space for the parents to so you are left scrambling to seat on the edge of structures or standing. There were two staff when we went and they were not very friendly. Prices are outrageous ($14 per kid) plus the socks. It came at almost $40. An improvement would be to have actual 2/3 staff watching the different play areas and having parents outside. A drop off option would be amazing too. We will not be back, it is not worth it for our family.
