Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Palmer Township

I normally don’t care to post a review but being that I’m a big fan of Dairy Queen, I must say that I’m disappointed because this place made me a peanut buster ice cream but the ice cream was Not the same as they normally sell. I’m use to a creamy yummy ice cream but the ice cream that I was given was like a dollar store cheap ice cream that melts so fast and not creamy at all. I had to call the store and ask did they change up their ice cream and the employee said No and apologized because she explained that when they change up their ice cream bag that normally when they make an ice cream. I stopped here on Labor Day to order a resse blizzard. The woman at the register was very rude and unfriendly. She messed up my order by putting m&ms in it. Then she slid my cup to me with no lid. I politely asked for a lid she rolled her eyes and gave me a cup to cover my blizzard with. I said excuse me do u have a lid? She responded rudely " We don't have lids". I asked the other woman working if she may assist me with a lid to properly cover my blizzard, she gave me a fountain drink lid to use. I took it and walked away. It took the lady 10 minutes to fill our orders. Then, my drink lid wasn't properly closed so it spilled over the counter. I had to wait another 5 minutes for another one. The service was very slow. On top of things the slushy machine (it was the item most people wanted) was broken. Customers had to wait 10 minutes to find out the slushy machine wasn't working. My suggestion is to have should people during busy hours. Also they shoud hang a sign saying the slushy machine wasn't working.
