I went to this business about a month ago to upgrade my phone. Spoke to a person who supposedly took down my information and ordered my new phone. I never received a confirmation email or received paperwork from the person stating that this was done, but I decided to trust since he told me that they were going to call me once the phone arrived. The phone wasn't backordered or anything... He said 3-4 business days... 2 weeks went by, I called the place and they told me they were too busy to take my call at the moment, to leave my information and they will call me back with an update... Till this day I did not receive a call back and this was in September.
I decided to reach out to an online Verizon representative and they confirmed that the phone was never ordered...
I did the entire process myself and got the phone in one business day.
I do not recommend relaying on this...

I needed a new phone for my Mother who's 73 and Gage was just amazing with helping us get setup. My mother can be somewhat hard to deal with as she's impatient and hard of hearing, but Gage continuously reassured us that everything was OK and that he was here to make sure my mom knew how to use her phone before we left. He didn't even seem annoyed after she asked him about five times how to send a new text message. He truly delivered service I never expected to receive at a Verizon store.
Folks if you've had an off putting visit to a third party location before, wipe all that clean and give these folks at R Wireless a try! I can't recommend this...
Read moreVerizon wireless has service that has been rapidly going downhill. Talking to a customer service rep is almost impossible! Try calling early or late in the day, and you get the same response, "we are experiencing a higher than normal amount of calls..." Verizon will do nothing for you except charge an ungodly amount for their "services." I will never deal with Verizon again. I might be better off taking some hubcaps off of my neighbors car and hanging them from a tree. No service in my area? Where I work? No answer from there help desk (which is an oxymoron!) Stay away from this company! Oh! And try going into a store for help! The polite condescending people who work there will just be super passive aggressive with any and all...
