My friend was lucky enough to get tickets to the Cardi B Meet & Greet but i originally missed out on getting a ticket. So I thought I was completely out of luck but she informed me that she couldn’t make it the day of because something came up and sent me her ticket I was so excited to meet her cause this is a once in a lifetime experience. I told her to reach out by email or phone to tell them I’m taking her ticket and they could probably work out a way for me to use her ticket so her money doesn’t completely go to waste. Not only did they not email her back in a timely manner to explain why they can’t do that, they also never answer their phone. They took it upon themselves with no explanation before hand to just cancel the order and I was informed of this after the fact, if I didn’t live close by this would’ve been a extremely upsetting situation if I drove for hours to get here just to not be able to get in. Even before the cardi b event I reached out multiple times by the phone to even get more information on this event or to see if i could possibly get a chance to come by purchasing a vinyl instead since cd pre order to the event sold out. This is really a terrible way to run a business and for an event like this everything should be transparent and communication should never be this poor. Ticketmaster always makes a ways for people to transfer to people who have emergencies why should this be any different, everyone should have a chance why that one of my closest friends can’t make it to an event like this and spent hard earned money on this event she has to completely lose her money and no one can go in her spot that’s unfair to not only people who missed preorders but unfair to the consumer that actually spends money at this...
Read moreTook some records to sell all of which where in near mint condition with one being a some what rarity. Employee grading the records never took them out to review condition or whether was a 1st release or re-release. Just flipped through saying between .50 and a 1.00. When the employee got to my 1st release rarity which in Osborne is rated mint retail value of $75 was quoted at 1.00 which I immediately pulled from selling. I returned about a month later to review pricing for my traded records I found 3 of my records in the bins all of which were being sold for 34.00. If your looking to trade your records for a fair price. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...
Comment to owners comment... Ive decided to take the high road and refrain from more comments on this issue and let the consumer decide.
12/28/20 edit Just Noticed owner edited original comment to my review that was filled with name calling and accusations. Hopefully she has matured over the years and has decided to rate vinyl fairly. As a longtime buyer and seller of vintage vinyl, I still stand by my original...
Read moreStopped in because I saw their videos trending on TikTok with one of their knowledgeable employees discussing facts about Lana Del Rey & Bjork. It peaked my interest so I drove over an hour to visit the store. I asked two employees at the register for help finding a record I saw on their website and instead of searching it on the computer/system, they just shook their heads and said they didn't know who that artist was. When I mentioned the record being listed on their website, they said their online store isn't accurate. They did zero to help fulfill me, a customer, find what I was looking for. Weeks later I commented about said exchange on their TikTok page and they responded about how they DID have the aforementioned record in stock and they BLOCKED me. I don't know what kind of customer service that is but I know it's absolutely asinine to treat anybody like that, let alone a paying customer.
In short, if you want to visit a store with immature, unhelpful employees without masks amidst a global pandemic, this place is perfect...
