I understand that we are in times of pandemic and it is unlawful to have people sit inside, but can you honestly expect people to sit and play wait and see out in the hot sun for hours not truly knowing if they will be seen or not? The you walk out of the shop and sit in your car while a shady transaction was taking place between you and another car. If your protocol is to make appointments for customers, then one should have been made. Not just say “Okay, I got you for next Thursday at 4:00.” I left last week thinking I had a set appointment. Had an absolutely horrible experience here. I called and asked if they accept walk ins, they said yes. Others walked in with no appointment and left hourS before me, emphasis on hourS. The female that cut my sons hair does not know how to cut hair, it was evident. Three other barbers came over to tell her where corrections were needed but none took initiative to take over and finish it until the barber shop was completely empty from many who came in after me with no appointments then finally, Alec stepped in.
