Okay so……. I don’t even know where to start. But, I will start here, if you all wanna go to a restaurant and leave smelling like a church’s employee, have extreme heart burn, empty your child’s college fund, extremely dehydrated, haven’t even satisfied your hunger, have a panic attack from the claustrophobia, and have low-quality food. Then make your way to Movie Night. It’s been about 2 or 3 months since me and my husband went and as soon as you walk in, there is not a single soul there. You have to stand there like an idiot for 5 minutes until the “owner” comes out of the back to attend you. We take our seats and he gives us our menus and asks us what we’d like to drink, took around 20 minutes for us to get our drinks and take our order.. the environment of Movie Night is a claustrophobic mess, it’s dead silent, the screens all had the Roku city screen saver and it was just awkward. Combine that with the outrageously long wait time that they take, keep in mind we’re the only couple at this establishment, no restaurant should take this long to prepare nor get your drinks to you. My husband and I were contemplating on leaving this horrible establishment after close to an hour of waiting. Thank goodness our food came out before we got up and left, my husband ordered the “Godfather” yeah.. that’s the corny names these guys give their menu items. And he said the cheese sticks were cold on the inside and the patty was under salted. I ordered the “Double Feature” and same story, the patty was undercooked, had no flavor, the fries were really disappointing. And to top it off we had already finished our drinks prior to our food arriving. He then told us that they had a salad bar if we would like to add that to our burger. You have to squeeze through this tight hallway that is an absolute mess, what business owner would leave a mess like that out, barely any room to walk with a heavy plate, absolutely disgusting. Walmart and even Subway has more fresher vegetables than what they had inside there. Flies all around the salad bar.. I even got a peak into the kitchen and it’s HORRENDOUS!!! After finishing our joke of a meal we asked for the total and we spent CLOSE TO $60 FOR JUST TWO PEOPLE TO EAT. I could not believe what I was wasting my money on, horrible food, disgusting environment, horrible HORRIBLE service, we couldn’t even finish our plates of food. In conclusion, this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. We figured it’d be packed but turns out it was the boxing gym next door. Thank god it’s at the spot it’s at, out of the public view. Don’t even bother coming here, and I would a million times recommend Ranch House Burgers over this horrible quote on...
Read moreFirst time coming here during movie night. I got the double feature burger and cheese sticks. I love the fact that they give you popcorn while you are waiting for your food and watching a movie. The popcorn itself was good. For beverages they offer soda like Dr Pepper, Sprite, and Coke. There are more options but that was just the few I heard they offer. Those are not refillable unfortunately but they have a "agua bar" that are refillable and self-serve that included cucumber lemonade, lemonade, fruit punch, and citrus. I wasn't able to try the cucumber lemonade during my stay but the other options were good! The service was absolutely amazing. It was so welcoming. The double feature burger I ordered was alright. What was missing was seasoning. So, not very flavorful but I will say the bacon and veggies is what gave it overall flavor. That bacon was delicious. The double feature came with crinkle cut fries and were good. Couldn't stop eating them fries. I think the best part about my meal was the cheese sticks which are basically big mozzarella sticks. So delicious! Definitely worth the price. There was one thing I got bothered about while I was here. My friends and I were still nitpicking the fries that remain on one plate which wasn't much. I think it was the cook (not sure) that took our plate but didn't ask if we were done with it. I felt like that was rude and unprofessional. I'm not one to make a big deal so I didn't say anything. Just please make it a habit and ask if the consumer is done with the plate if there is food still remaining. Overall. I enjoyed my visit and will come back. Looking forward to trying the...
Read moreWhile visiting family in Mission, I stopped by at Movie Night to order meals for the family. What a power house of an establishment. I mean, eye visuals EVERYWHERE of movie artifacts to movie prints and art from the past and present attractions. Multiple TV's in various angles to maximize your veiwing pleasure and not wake up to a stiff neck. I met Jorge first and his genuine demeanor was warm and he was truely eager to please my needs. I relayed my order and "chef Jorge" was on the task. I then meet Homer and it was as if we were long lost family members. Humorous, talented, and an absolutely caring person. He possesses the welcoming charm learned from his loving family and close friends. The food was alot of bang for the buck and the taste was outstanding. Thank you gentleman for a wonderful meal and I will catch you on the...
