I went and talked with the owner of Black Diamond Tint before deciding on what I wanted done and he was more than helpful. He was not pushy and showed me what he had done with his own vehicles to help me choose. Scheduling was also flexible, which is always a bonus. Black Diamond Tint did an exceptional job on my 2015 Ford Edge. We could not be more pleased with the work Kyle did. He was very pleasant to work with, took very good care of our car, priced very reasonable and he made sure that the tint was matched perfectly and precisely. 3 Stars - their communications skills need work. I reached out on their website and got no reply. Over a week later I called and left a VM. Then a second one. Got a call back and scheduled the appointment. I had a follow up question about upgrading my tint so I called twice and emailed the address in their confirmation email. No replies.

Seriously though, the work is soooo good. They really understand quality work. I would recommend them...
