KFC — Restaurant in Pottsville

• Worst restaurant I've ever ate at or worked at: *

-Management is often extremely Inconsiderate & Disrespectful to customers/workers

-Unsafe / contaminated conditions for workers and customers (I once got a very dangerous infection from this KFC in particular, which costed thousands in Expensive hospital bills. The Management didn't care at all)

-Constantly cutting corners to save money & consequentially Worsening the product Quality

-The food served is OFTEN old, expired, or simply poor in quality. One time a worker dropped an entire tray of chicken on the GREASY, DIRTY floor and the General Manager forced him to pick it up and then they SERVED it to CUSTOMERS.

-Some of the equipment used to make / store the food was either faulty or unsanitary (1 example is potential foodborne illness hazard in the cooked chicken storage unit. This issue was never fixed or even addressed in 9 months of working here)

• The Pottsville KFC is the worst place I've ever eaten at AND ever worken at. I've seen every worker Cook, Prepare & Serve and can state that the product I've seen leave this restaurant...

The Manager Todd the new GM is rude as hell. I know ppl that work there. They hire new ppl but cut the loyal employees hours. The new ppl are getting more hours and look miserable He is prejudice against black.ppl. He worked in York Pa location upon some.research and was closed for rude customer service and being less then clean. Where is the old gm Paul he knew what he was doing. This guy wants to get rid of butter for the biscuits really and looks unhappy and is definitely not customer service related. I will be reporting him to corporate. Has rediculas standards. Was rude to my friend when we ordered. Employees look unhappy with him there not when Paul was there....

This is one of the better KFC's around , only one complaint the hours of operation on Google are incorrect the lobby closes at 8pm not 9pm and drive-thru closed at 9pm not 10 pm during the week for sure , I'm not sure about the weekends though . An employee from this location told me that they have tried for about 3 yrs to update on Google but Google has not done it for whatever reason , I just found all this out the hard way . I drive 45 minutes to come the Pottsville location because the food is about as good as it gets for KFC . I...
