I dealt with the this pharmacy long enough..and today was the LAST day Iāll ever put up with that nonsense again. I always wanted to do my own refills when needed and told them no automatic refills several times..they kept on refilling the same ones. Tried to get my important medications refilled and there was always an issue. So now I have a supply of certain ones and currently going without important ones. Many times I ended up without important medication due to issues with them. If you ever ask them a question, their always rude about it..never understanding, informative, or nice. Once I even received someone elseās medication delivered on my name instead of my own. Now their saying I canāt even get my own scripts delivered..even though I did previously and after the new year. They claim my one script went from $0 to $145 in the matter of 2 months..I told them I canāt afford it. Iāve been out of work due to my debilitating health problems..instead of them maybe contacting my doctor about a substitute, she just took it off and of course itās for one of my debilitating diseases. I usually would get them delivered, but whenever Iād go to pick them up notifications claimed all of them were ready but only received one or two out of 6+. Then they would say it will be 30-45 minutes or if I want to come back tomorrow. After the attitude I dealt with on the phone today, I transferred to another pharmacy that will be friendly, understanding, and informative. Hopefully this review helps inform others. This is for the one on Claude A Lord Boulevard in Pottsville..Iām not sure about other CVS pharmacies.
**I do want to add they gave me and Walmart pharmacy such a hard time transferring my prescriptions. They were trying to charge me $150 for a medication, when Walmart told me I only owed $1. I dropped off about 20 packages for UPS about 4-5 days ago and I already have two return requests. This is absolutely ridiculous. It took her literally 5 minutes probably less than that to scan them all in. I don't know why she was so upset and huffing and puffing the whole time throwing my packages around, literally!! I was standing there with my jaw dropped I had no idea what to say, I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. I just prayed that nothing would happen to the packages and unfortunately two of them already are reported damaged and I have to refund these buyers and receive a broken item back. This is my business and my livelihood, I can't afford for people to not want to do their job and to treat people an their stuff in this manner. You're a drop off center it's your job why are you complaining and destroying people's stuff. Is has me so upset. One more return and that's almost all my profit from the sales....

The cashier Tara and the other lady Mary both horrible customer service skills. Both were very rude and not so pleasant. Tara just kept saying I only work here thatās it. Mary was so much of a rush to leave she completely blew me off and said nope nothing here call your dr by the time I pulled my phone out of my pocket she was gone. It must be a great inconvenience to do correct customer service and take care of your customers when youāre in a hurry to leave. Iām sorry but customers are who make your business succeed and if your treating them like they are nobody and sitting there saying I only work here there definitely something wrong.
