ALDI — Local services in Palos Township

I normally love Aldi and I normally love this location, but the reason why I’m giving it one star is because how I treated by the sales associate Andrea. I understand people make some mistakes and sometimes people have rough days. However, she overcharged me not once, not twice, but three times! Plus she added another purchase while she was ringing it up which immediately spotted, even though she was doing it in a hurry. She also threw some of the glass bottles together, which I’m surprised they didn’t break. So I have a total of 4 transactions on my credit card in just one visit. The thing I didn’t like is she was really not apologetic. She told me it’s “OK” even though it’s her fault for ringing me up almost $20 over the amount on my receipt. She initially argued with me about the paper towels saying that she voided them out but in actuality she double charged the paper towels, charge me for four cases of water when I only had two and she also charged me for an extra gallon of juice. I am really shocked by the lack of unprofessionalism & the ubiquitous mistakes. Check your receipts! Rude attitudes are not cool, nor is questioning a loyal customer when I noted it was rang up...

This used to be our 'go to' Aldi. The store was always neat, very nice staff but now we hate going here. One single employee, who it seems others have complained about (dark hair, glasses, of course not wearing a name tag), can't even acknowledge me. I had to say 'Hi. how are you?' of which she didn't even respond and then I tried to help her by putting my 5 milks in the cart and only unloading one on the conveyer belt and she proceeded to say 'Are you going to give me milk to scan?' Nice store. It was my last thinking to stop by. My Husband call me and said he needed Grape juice. Especially around the Holidays. Not only did I bought Grape juicy I got these yummy chocolates for a $1.29 which was cool 😎 and these nice drinking cups for $1.99 I love Aldi's ❤️ I have nothing but nice to say about them Especially as Hard working cashier there) every store have different types of people. But Aldi's always been my childhood Grocery store sense the 80's. If I see something change I will just politely asked the Question will your get this back!
