"A Coffee Revelation: Haraz Coffee House - A True Gem in Illinois
In a city teeming with coffee options, Haraz Coffee House has effortlessly emerged as the undisputed champion of rich, flavorful brews, rendering popular chains like Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts a distant memory.
From the moment you step into Haraz, it's evident that owners Aisha and Abdul have poured their passion into every aspect of the establishment. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a perfect space to savor the exquisite coffee they offer. It's a hidden gem that, despite passing by countless times, I only recently discovered – a revelation that has revolutionized my morning routine.
Having explored numerous boutique coffee shops during my five years in the city, I can confidently say that Haraz Coffee House stands in a league of its own. The coffee, sourced as premium organic, sun-dried beans, is a sensory experience like no other. Upon cracking open the bag, the aroma is an instant punch of delight, signaling that this is no ordinary cup of joe. What's more, the coffee is not just premium; it's pesticide-free, aligning with the growing demand for health-conscious choices.
What sets Haraz apart is not just the exceptional quality of its coffee but the palpable dedication to excellence. I've bid farewell to the ubiquitous Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts drive-throughs in favor of the daily pilgrimage to Haraz. Convenience may take a back seat, but the trade-off is more than worth it.
And let's not forget the phenomenal customer service provided by Abdul and Aisha. Their kindness and welcoming demeanor from the moment you enter the coffee shop add an extra layer of warmth to the entire experience. It's not just a coffee stop; it's a community, a place where the baristas know your name and the owners make you feel like a valued guest.
While their extensive menu boasts a variety of enticing options, I must sing praises for the Pistachio Ice Latte and Lavender Latte, which have quickly become my personal favorites. These unique concoctions showcase Haraz's commitment to creativity and innovation in the coffee world.
Each cup from Haraz is a testament to the artistry and care that goes into crafting the perfect brew. It's more than a coffee stop; it's a ritual, an indulgence that kickstarts my day on an elevated note. I find myself reaching for a bag of their coffee beans to recreate this experience at home – a decision that has elevated my morning routine to new heights.
In a world where coffee options are aplenty, Haraz Coffee House stands as a beacon of excellence, a haven for those who seek not just a caffeine fix, but an unforgettable coffee experience. It's time to ditch the mainstream and embrace the extraordinary – Haraz Coffee House is where the true coffee...
Read moreI visited Haraz Coffee House in Orland Park, anticipating a nice dessert experience. As a frequent visitor to Chicago, I love exploring new dessert places. Unfortunately, my experience at Haraz was far from satisfying. First of all, the order process was quite challenging. The cashier seemed overwhelmed, constantly moving between the kitchen and customers, which resulted in a slow and disorganized service. Every time I asked a question regarding the menu options, he seemed uninterested. Additionally, despite being readily available in the fridge, our milk cakes took 40 minutes to be served from the fridge. I chose the Lotus Biscoff milk cake, but to my disappointment, it had no trace of the lotus flavor. On the positive side, the date cake stood out as the highlight of our overall experience, as it was delicious. Moving on to the drinks, the pistachio latte was a letdown. The coffee was overpoweringly seasoned, overpowering any hint of pistachio flavor. The ultimate disappointment, however, came with the mango pineapple smoothie. Despite being informed that it was made with mango pieces, I discovered that it was actually prepared with mango pulp. When I took a sip of the drink, the pulp appeared to be rotten, resulting in an unpleasant aftertaste that made it impossible for me to drink the smoothie. Overall, my experience at Haraz Coffee House was not the best, but this place has a lot of potential and has a very nice seating area. I hope that the management takes these issues into consideration and works towards improving their service and ensuring the quality of...
Read moreI have been trying different coffee beans and coffee shops around the Chicagoland area, and I have to say Haraz at Orland Park has opened my eyes to Yemeni coffee and its culture. The paintings on the walls, the music in the background, and the hours that it stays open till (closes at around 11pm all days), it’s an atmosphere that I look forward to being a part of.
Although they serve drinks like refreshers, hot chocolate, teas, and matcha as well as having food options like croissants, muffins, avocado toast, and bee bites, they are most known for their desserts and coffee. I highly recommend getting their pistachio latte (preferably hot but iced is also a good option) and either their selections of cheesecakes and milk cakes.
Their service is also top notch as all their employees are personable, are very passionate for the care they provide in their products, and are great at answering any questions one might have such as what specific coffees are, what is most popular, and how they can make the experience better. In fact, I have met some great employees here, where I’m always welcomed, specially Adam. Can’t miss him, well I guess you can cause he at counter height but he always be rocking a baseball cap… even though he knows nothing about baseball. Upstanding guy, who strikes conversations and treats you as a person instead of a customer. Great guy and highly recommend a raise for the dude, especially as he donated his right...
