Unfortunately this will be our last visit to this location. We have visited this store on 3 occasions in total and noticed that only one the very first trip in when the entire family was there a woman, man, adult children, etc. our desserts looked EXACTLY liked what we ordered and EXACTLY like the pics on the wall.
After all when paying PREMIUM PRICING you expect to get exactly as advertised but noticed the visits there after there were only young adult children and the desserts looked NOTHING like the pics on the wall. Why bother with pics on the wall if the desserts wont look anything them?
If we had not been long time customers of Melt N Dip [Bridgeview] we would not know any better but we have been visiting the Bridgeview location for sometime and the plates they put out TRULY is a work of art!!
We should expect what were paying for and I paid $19 for what looks like I bought at dunkin donuts which is upsetting and I had to ask for water because they did not bring any. When I asked about my order not looking correct I was basically ignored.
I have to drive 25 min out further to bridgeview but to get my money's worth I definitely will.
One pic is of the bridgeview is the pretty nicely done then the chocolate blob sitting in fudge is the orland park --so sad. If you look at bridgeview gallery pics ALL of there pics...
Read moreI gave one star solely because of the service.. yesterday I placed an online order for a fruit tray mix "my passion" for 4 ppl, and set the time to pick up at 4:30 pm.. anyway I got there on time, went in and asked for the order the employee then tells me they need 10 to 15 mins, so I waited while they were working on other orders for in store customers. There were literally 6 to 8 ppl in the store.. Then at 4:45 pm I saw the employee pull an empty tray and he just started working on my order... Ofc I was furious this was totally unacceptable, I didn't even order crepes, what's the point of online ordering, set a certain time for pickup but then I get to the store and I have to wait over 25 mins to have my order done.. how long do you need to cut some fruits and pour some chocolate in a cup for the tray and have it ready for the actual pickup time?! I could've just got in early and ordered in person. Also, the employees were rude, one of them didn't even bother to remove his earphones from his ears to talk to me, and he noticed that I'm mad and instead of actually trying to hurry up and finish the order he kept eyeing me, this is super disrespectful.. they didn't even apologize for the delay.... safe to say I won't go back to the store again. Definitely the worst service I've ever...
