It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. The school was filthy. The director. Jackie walked around on her phone the whole time I was in there and the instructor that sat with me and spoke with the student about the highlight in the low light that I requested, I requested highlights just on the roots and low lights in between it took three students, and the poor student the main student. Begged the instructor to help and all she would do is come and do maybe a one or two strands and walk away My appointment was 11 AM and I arrived around 10:40 Finally took me back a little after 11 and at 2:40 I asked the instructor are you going leave my hair processing like this you’ve had bleach on my hair for over two hours The instructor replied back to me that I signed a piece of paper when I signed in Putting my hair at risk for the students I told her I did didn’t sign Signed my name to the board to be checked in she went to the board pick Over to me, showed it to me and then took it back and sat down and walked away Five minutes later, the student comes back and says come on. I’m gonna take this out of your. The shampoo bowl and literally my hair is falling out in clumps I looked up from the chair and turned to see the director And I said what are y’all going to do about this and the director says I’m And the students have to leave you can come back at five. I was absolutely mortified. My hair literally has fallen out. My scalp is burning and I feel physically sick. I left the building angry and said I wasn’t going to pay the director called the police I returned before the police came to actually pay the bill, I was speechless when I walked in Director was not offering any type of help. The student begged for both of their help During my visit there, my hair is completely fallen out. It was the worst. Experience of my life I think the director should be removed from the company and the instructor needed to With her student helping him through it if they didn’t know what they Never accepted the service in the first place there was a full consult If there’s video or cameras inside the building, all of this can be confirm through video and instead of trying to help me when I asked the instructor was she going to Hair any longer after I’ve been on there for two hours She wanted to argue with me from the The timeframe of bleach on my hair I have text messages and phone calls All to confirm the times that I was still processing in the chair I left there crying In handfuls of hair gone due to negligence The first four photos are or...
Read moreAlthough I am currently a student here. I came in already knowing a little information about hair care. I'll start with the Pros of this school first. First, I love the employees. Very nice and hands on. If you need one on one, you will get it. Second, the book work has a ton of information in it and if your serious about it, you'll remember what's being taught. Third, I can totally be myself, we are all learning together so noone bashes each other. There's day school and night school. Most Cosmetology Schools don't offer both. We are now accepting appointments. We have class Monday and Tuesday and take clients Wed,Thurs and Fridays. The Cons are the structure but its continuing to get better. We still dont have some supplies like gloves and foils. We run out so much that I purchase my own as do alot of other students. The place just needs some TLC. I know after the storm it has been a struggle for everyone. You have to be a strong person to attend this school. You'll be expected to take on clients you never met before and give them the desired look they are searching for. If you are shy, this may not work for you. You are expected to clean up after yourself after every service. I can ONLY speak for myself and my own experiences. Some will not make it, some it'll take longer to get through and others will get the most out of this school because they want it bad enough. It's really up to the student (you) when it comes to attending this school. As far as being a customer. I hope each and every one of you enjoy...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst place I have ever been for nails I went to have acrylics filled in and trimmed young lady said she graduates this month I had paid $50 to get my nails and had paid 40 to have them filled in. Thought I would give them a chance because of price girl cut off nails with toenail clippers never shaped them at all filled in, but never smoothed them and and just polished instructor seemed to think they were fine I refused to pay so she told me to leave. Not only did. I have almost $100 invested I had to pay to remove nails salon said I would have developed a fungus if This very negative review saves one person, the embarrassment of going into a nice salon with nails like this. It is worth it shame on the school and especially the instructor. Unbelievable student was pleasant but she could not have thought they looked good. The place should...
