I placed a telephone order tonight 2/21/2025 for three 8 inch deep dish pizzas for pickup; one with pepperoni topping, one with pineapple and one plain cheese. On their website the picture of the small deep dish picture looked very appetizing so as a result I did not open the boxes to examine the pizzas before leaving the restaurant. This was a big mistake! When I arrived home and opened the box for each pizza I was in total shock and great disappointment. The pizzas did not even look like a pizza. They were very sloppy, under cooked, poorly prepared and disgusting looking. As a military veteran I have eaten pizza in many cities and states in this country and in several other countries. This garbage that they sold to me is by far the worst pizza and food that I have ever purchased in my life. I do not even know how this restaurant is still in business. This was my first and last time ever going to Enzos. What a disgrace!

I tried a Chicago style deep dish personal size. I used to get that all the time where I used to live. It had very little sauce on it and was basically all dough and was nothing like a traditional Chicago style deep dish. I called and complained and was told by Jessica, the manager, that they switched to using little sauce after people complained in the past and that if I wanted the traditional Chicago style with sauce on the top I would have to request it. She stated if I wanted it remade I could pay for another pizza. I told her that if I had to pay again to have the pizza made correctly then I just wouldn't return. She said she was fine with that. Every other pizza place I have ever been to if they don't make it right they remake it. I guess they don't mind losing customers here. I just won't be back and now I know that this is not the place to get a Chicago deep dish done properly.

A truly amazing place with an amazing staff! We were visiting from South Florida for a funeral in Chipley and a friend from Central Florida wanted to send food to my family in our time of grief. He called Enzo's and another Italian restaurant, and Enzo's stepped up to the plate immediately while the competitor didn't call back for several hours. 2 sheets of penne pasta and sauce, a sheet of meatballs, 2 sheets of garlic bread, and a sheet of salad with dressing, no questions asked. Enzo's Pizza & Grill helped feed our family and others at the church before the funeral service and it was all delicious. THANK YOU to a wonderful group of people serving good food.

The 4.4 star rating seems ludicrous and fabricated after what I paid for and had to eat. Unfortunately this pizzeria must has loyal friends and or customers willing to lie or don't know what really Italian food is and value is. We ordered the Alfredo pizza and it had no Alfredo on it was dry and horrible. We ordered a chicken parmesan hero for over $10 bucks and it was the size of a mini hoagie ( half hero) tasted like cheap truck stop food, was a complete rip-off. We also ordered a 14 inch cheese pizza with half meatball. They cut it up into tiny squares far too small to even enjoy what's ridiculous. The pizza was supposed to be half but there was only MAYBE 3 tiny chunks of meatball hanging off the edge. Anyone that doesn't even eat pizza could see that we got ripped off or somebody didn't just give a damn. it was a joke and a really bad one at my expense. It also tasted bland just pepper spicy. Unless you order your pizza with spicy pepper regular cheese pizza should never be spicy. I wish I had something good to say about this place. I really feel cheated and I never leave any kind of review like this but this but it was over the top awful. Coming from one of the best states to enjoy pizza, NY. We don't know if it was just our order that was messed up but if this is the usual food they serve I do not know how they'r still in business. This is just my experience solely, others may have had a different experience I can only say what happened to me at this particular time. I can only review what I experienced. I do not recommend to anybody that likes authentic delicious Italian food to eat here. We did not get a good value nor quality for our money. There's many better options out there. I wish I had something better to say. I was all hyped up by the staff and spent a fair amount of money and received truck stop food. The only thing that was pleasant about my experience was the staff and they either lied or don't know what good food is either. I'll just end this review here because there is nothing good that I can continue to say. This seemed like a total tourist trap to us. Again this was my experience with this particular pizzeria. I do recommend that everyone should try things for themselves. Not everyone likes the same things and may have a...

Don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read this all other reviews are so old!!!!! $57.00 later we ended up with 3 subs (2 Italian, 1 Philly Cheese Steak all 1/2 subs) all with fries and a large extra cheese pizza! How can you go wrong, right? There was one slice of each "meat" on the Italian, (I asked for Mayo and was told they don't do that!) the cheese steak was full of red and green peppers to make up for the missing meat, no mushrooms to be found, look up how to make one! Fries were good. The pizza...seasoning was good but it was like eating the box rather than what a pizza should be. Cheese cake was awesome! I called to ask them nicely.... "if you wanted a sub or a pizza for dinner,is what your serving your idea of what a subs and/or pizzas would be?" All the over priced subs were only 1/2 a sub. I questioned that and the girl who I was talking too said " we don't promote 12" subs here, I said well do you promote any meat in them? Look we have all had our share of bad meals from one place or another but to allow this to continue is ridiculous! I don't know about you but I work dam hard for my money and to be ripped off like this is terrible. I have never written a review before but I just couldn't allow anyone else to spend their money at Enzos! Hope Enzos's reads their reviews, they have the place, the location so DO IT RIGHT! For heavens sake if you are going to put the money up for a business make it the best. All I got, for a reply, and I wasn't nasty, I was very cordial was "I'm sorry you didn't enjoy our food." WHAT!!! MAKE IT RIGHT! YOUR STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC!

Don't order from here, hopefully someone will buy them out and do it right.

Shame on you Enzos! P. S. in order to post a review you have to pick a star.... I wouldn't even give them ONE! Oh and by the way I read the other "great" reviews... probably the owners, and their friends! Don't do it. Go to Firehouse subs or even Subway (which I hate but it's better...

Went to Enzo's Pizza to pick up a carry out order. This tiny restaurant has excellent pizza, have tried both the thin crust and deep dish pizza crust, both are well prepared. Am not sure if they have a hand tossed pizza, but haven't seen it on their online menu and I haven't asked.

Staff is polite and cordial on the phone and in person, despite this being a busy weekend night. Though each time I have ordered, I was not given a total for my order. This gave me a little "sticker" shock when I arrived to pay for 2 pizzas at a total of $54 and change for large pizzas. I will say they were both large deep dish specialty pizzas so I had an idea of the cost, but still a little higher than expected. Please have your employees quote order totals before before hanging up.

As I said above this is a tiny pizza place, it does have indoor and outdoor seating, but the interior is small and appears a little cramped. 4-5 people at the bar and then a few tables close by to seat approx 14-20 more. I did not see the entire outside seating arrangements. So, I can not estimate, how many people can be seated outside. If it is a weekend I would recommend calling ahead to see if they have seating available, especially if you have a large group.

Overall great experience, and great tasting pizza. Prices are in line with smaller pizza shops. They are higher in price than corporate pizza chains, so...
