For the third attempt of doing an online grocery pickup, it is obvious that nobody has the slightest idea on how to do it or even knows what's going on from upper management to the workers. When I arrived at the designated parking spot the sign said to call the store number for pick up. I did. A lady answered the phone and I told her that I'm calling for grocery pick up. Instead of asking for my name or a confirmation number, she says, "Okay." I knew this was not going to go well. I asked her what did she need from me to pick up my groceries and she said that I need to come in for that. Well, the sign says different. I said, "I need to come in to pick up my groceries?" And in a condensing tone, she said, "Yeah." So, I went in. I stood in line for 5 minutes waiting to ask about my grocery pick up. The cashier seemed like she had no idea that they had even done that. She got the manager. The manager went in back to check on it. From the last two experiences, I just had a feeling she was going to come back and tell me what I have heard before, "I'm sorry, they haven't picked it yet." I told the manager that I picked between 2 and 3 to pick up groceries and all she said was, "I'm sorry." I asked her how long would it take for my money to go back on my card if I canceled the order. She told me up to ten days. Sheesh. I asked how long would it take to pick it and she said an hour. I chose to wait just because I did not want to be out of even more money getting groceries. If there was an option of picking no stars, I would have done that. This place does not deserve one star. I always give businesses 3 strikes before boycotting them. Sadly, Piggly Wiggly burned...

They have a small express check out in front of it. When I walked up to it I was greeted by Sharika who was very rude explaining to me she wasn’t open because she didn’t have a cash drawer. When I politely asked where the other express check out was, she said that was the only one before walking off. After a few minutes she came out and counted her drawer on the express check out lane that’s closed beside the office as her coworker was leaned over on the desk doing nothing but talking to her. She glared at me once before I no longer looked her way.
As I was waiting in line, I noticed another woman walk up to the express line beside the office and both of the workers very rudely turned her away also. It doesn’t matter what mood you are in, you can’t talk to people in a...
Read moreLike the store, love the prices. It generally looks clean & well kept (especially since it's so busy.) But be careful with the bread and the bags you bring home. I was grabbing a couple of loaves & checking prices when I noticed a roach running across the front of the shelf, and if there is one up front, theres probably more hiding up in there. I told an employee who was stocking something over by the deli but I think she either didn't care, or thought I was trying to score something free. I've never seen anything dirty or disgusting there, it is Florida & the bugs have been crazy since the Hurricane. I will still keep shopping there for now because the prices are great, the employees are great, and I've never left the parking lot before an employee asked if I needed help loading the car & took the cart for me... But if they dont get in front of the problem & I see more, I've fought roaches at home before & I dont need to...
