Worst service EVER!!! No one wants to greet or assist you. We went in today and knew the window we wanted. No one was around to help us so we loaded the window and brought it up to be checked out. Bob was sitting in a chair near by and didn’t bother to look up, until my husband asked him to call someone to check us out. He then said isnt someone helping you. We said no, he said then that we had to read the sign not to load a window ourselves and we would have been helped faster and rung up faster if we would have waited for an employee. Ummm…..What employees???? the ones hiding or standing around talking or on their computer or phone???? No one is ever around and they don’t want to help you. Obviously since Bob was just sitting there and didn’t want to get off his butt and ring us up. We will NEVER be going back! Also their prices are not that discounted. Be warned, bad product, bad customer service, and not worth...

I met Tom at the Panama City chamber of commerce block party. I had a pleasant conversation with him and decided to go to his store to check things out. They had amazing prices and a knowledgeable staff. Ricky was the sales associate that helped me and he quickly help me design my kitchen calculating what size cabinets I would need pick out a window, and make my orders and be on my way in less than 20 minutes. It wouldn’t have even taken that long, but I was indecisive on some sizing choices. I will definitely be back and can’t begin to capture the difference in customer service, knowledge, and quality of material difference between them and the big box stores. James is fantastic! The level of patience this man has is a superpower. His customer service and knowledge of all things in the store is outstanding. Israel is equally as knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to speak both English and Spanish to my Mother which put my Puerto Rican mother at ease.
