Chasing Cars Burgers & Dogs — Restaurant in Panama City

Had a craving for a burger and based on the reviews thought I would give this place a try while in Panama City. There was only one person working when I got there and only one person waiting on her order. I placed a to go order for a cheeseburger and onion rings. I have got to say i have never been more disappointed in a $13.00 plus tip order in my life. First I'll describethe food portions; the size of the burger was comparable to the small/regular at Tally Ho, the onion rings were less than an average portion for the price so I would say an average portion for regular order at Burger King. The onion rings were burnt to the point that they were inedible as well as the hamburger patty which also had no flavor, the lettuce looked as though the rotten leaf part was cut off as only the rib part was served with the burger. The onion ring dipping sauce provided was VERY spicy. My order was one of if not the most unacceptable orders I have ever purchased. If I worked in this or any other eatery I would have never served this to any customer. I'm so sad my experience was so bad. I was so excited to try the place out. When we got there it took forever to place our order. There were only 2 people ahead of us so I'm not sure why. They were out of the side I wanted and the first drink choice I tried was also out. We waited 20 min for our food before I went back up to the counter to ask how much longer. I was told he was working on it and it was almost done. When he asked what I ordered it was clear he had not been working on it. We waited another 8 min then I asked them to just make it to go because I was out of time and had to get back to work. Order still wasn't done. In all this time the people ahead of use had already gotten their food and eaten. It was a simple order. The burgers were pretty good. Got the hot dog, and two burgers with onion rings. The onion rings came with what they called spicy ranch. It was neither spicy or tasted like ranch. I think they put the same sauce on my hot dog. It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't get it again. The burgers were very fresh, great buns and the toppings were fresh. The burgers came out hot, the hot dog wasn't. I don't know if maybe they made the hot dog first and then my burger, hard to say. This was at a time where there was only 4 other tables eating and only me and another table were waiting for the food. In my opinion it took way too long to make two burgers and a hot dog.
