The massage was good. The guy who massage me was amazing,5 stars to him. But the women who massage my wife ,wanted a hire tip. And she insisted. When I said I will tip you $10 each . She rolled her eyes to me . And she complained. I kept being nice to her and said I'm tipping you $10 each and she still rolled her eyes and I told her Tips are not mandatory and I still tipped you . And she kept giving attitude and speaking her language so wouldn't understand her . So I told her I don't like your attitude And I told her I was going to give them a 5 stars review buy because of her attitude and not being professional after I still tipped her is not acceptable. I told her I onw a bussines and sometimes I get tips and sometimes I don't but I never give attitude or especially role my eyes 3 times to any of my customers. I walked away and she still kept complaining. This was our 2nd time coming with my wife . But after today We won't be back . They lost a costumer. If you don't like getting attitude after you paid and still tip them. Then this place is not for you . Very...

I go there because it was reasonable price for a 90 minute massage I paid with credit and gave $10 tip total of $55., a few days later there was a charged of $75 on my card from east foot massage so I called her that what is that charged coming from , she said she will give my money back. Yes, I got the money back but how in the world she will charged me without my card and myself?

I asked for 60 minutes combination and the lady was doing a Swedish massage when I told her when I came in I asked for deep tissue then she told me you will have to pay $50. I said I always come here I pay same amount $30 combination.

6/21/19 I had a massage for 90 minutes and I have to asked the lady a few times to make it harder . And also The lady left a few times for a few minutes each. When I was done I was giving her $10 tip then she told me I have to pay $15. I asked why then she said because it was 90 minutes. I didnt argue with her and I gave her my last $5 and left and told her I will mot come back here anymore.

Going here for several months . Enjoyed Annie. However today I took my husband & the male masseuse was extremely upset that my husband gave him $20 for 2 hour massage . My husbands total price was $100. ($60 for a massage and $40 for foot massage) . The guy was irate, he didn’t thank my husband but “ swore at him”. I was appalled and further more the receptionist said “ we had to follow the tip pricing “ attached to this review. I told her that we are on a fixed income . So we just paid out $40 in tips & she replied the Massuese will only get $50 from the $100 for his hard work . I said maybe they need to increase their pay scale than demand we TIP MORE. . The tip guideline at East foot spa is based on dollar amount not percentage, it hurts those that are struggling and simply need to relax. I loved Annie & I’m unsure if I can return .
