Vitos Tacos — Restaurant in Paradise

First of all, where do I begin. The service is impeccable & really just straight to the point, no much talking, a lil joke here & there to lighten up the mood before the devour begins.

However THE FOOD ?? THE FOOD MAN ?? THE FOOD ??

I’m from Cali , and I go to war for the Tacos , I always say Cali has the best tacos, over tried tacos from all across the world and I have only THREE FAVORITE SPOTS, with VITOS being number 2 at the top of my list, they only number two, because they serve only “Birria”

I have a deep love in my heart for this place because I eat like a BIRD , and when I get sad, a random craving, or some type of great mood, it leads me to their food.

There’s not much I can say, but there’s definitely a lot I can do, which is simply continuing to eat their food, you’ll literally see it all over my face during (NOT AFTER) BUT DURING the first bite. I don’t just do the little typical dance after getting food in the tummy, I get a tingle in my entire body, that sends frequencies to my SOUL when I eat their food. & that’s all I’m going to say , because if you haven’t tried it, then I know you’re missing out on...

This was our first time trying Birria tacos and they were definitely juicy and delicious. Totally different from what we have used to regular tacos.

This place specialize in Birria tacos and they are really good and flavorful. The tacos are very filling. Crispy taco shell with slow cooked and tender beef. Flavors were all well balanced with that tasty melted cheese . The rice was very tasty and complimented the meal good. Everything was freshly cooked and served warm, but I highly recommend eating it there , because tacos are so juicy and saucy that will get mushy if you take it to go.

The store is clean with that casual restaurant vibe, you order the food at the counter and you seat yourself. The space is small, but still there is several tables for seating. They also have for sale Mexican popsicles, which is great ,especially for kids. The staff that works there are nice and very quick. We didn’t wait long for the food to come out.

came across Vito’s and seen they also make birria style tacos. I instantly had to check them out, to see how good theirs is. First off, when it comes to any style restaurant. I have to feel comfortable, with the cleanliness of the establishment. I had no issue with Vito’s, the restaurant was clean and seating was very comfortable. I also like how clean the kitchen area was maintained, and how well the employees were in handling of the food. As for the food, you have a few choices and a few combos that are reasonably price.

3 Queso taco combo($15)- came with a side of rice and beans. The rice was ok, as well as the beans. The winner in this combo was the birria tacos. I really enjoyed the flavor of the beef, and the amount of cheese was perfect. Even though they dip the shells in the beef au jus. They shell is cook until they are crispy, and they are not soggy whatsoever. I would like though, if they had chopped onions and tomatoes on the side. I feel even though many consider this a street food, I still like a fresh taste...
