If I could give zero stars, I would.
This place is a total disgrace — from the roaches crawling across the floor to the filthy, unkempt interior that clearly hasn’t seen a proper cleaning in weeks. My order was messed up and forgotten, I was charged incorrectly, and had to go to the counter and ask for my food again while staff stood around confused and indifferent. The coffee tasted like hot water — completely flavorless and clearly brewed without care.
And then there's the sound system, if you can even call it that. Two different speakers were playing music out of sync, each on a different beat, creating this bizarre, overlapping mess that genuinely made it hard to think straight. It felt like being stuck in a bad fever dream or early-stage psychosis — not exactly what you want while trying to grab breakfast.
But the most unacceptable part of it all? Michelle, the general manager. When I calmly asked for a refund due to consistent bad service and a poorly made drink, she didn’t apologize, she didn’t help — she called the cops on me. For asking for basic customer service. Her behavior was completely unhinged and hostile, and it set the tone for the entire dysfunctional environment.
This isn’t just a bad bagel shop — it’s a hazardous, chaotic, and aggressively mismanaged business. Do yourself a favor and stay...
Read moreThe General Manager and the employee who helped me, in the store, were great and very helpful! And I appreciate them putting up with my venting. My rating is based on the in store experience, not my total experience.
The phone policies regarding the phones, automatically, being forwarded to advise that there aren’t any associates available to take your call, during busy times/holidays, is absurd and in my opinion terrible customer service!
Staff appropriately to be able to supply your product to the elevated demand at those times, do not allow customer service levels to suffer. When it’s busy, I would assume you make more money from selling more product.
The fact that you cannot customize an order for a bunch of bagels on the app or online is ridiculous as well. If I owned a bagel store, I would want to sell as many bagels as I could! I would not create obstacles to prevent customers from being able to order what they want when they want it!
Luckily for me, on this occasion, I was able to get 2 baker’s dozens with the bagels I wanted. Unfortunately, for the customers behind me, I needed a dozen Plain and a dozen Everything, I offered to come back in an hour, if need be, so as not to inconvenience the customers behind me, I hate being...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible. i wish it was better since its close to my job.
I've been there 3 times in the last week, the first two visits were bad since i didn't get greeted. Today was the final straw and absolute worst. i was behind a lady and decided to start the timer on my watch, it took 2 minutes before she was greeted. mind you thats only from the time i was behind her, it could have been longer. There were 4 people behind the counter by the way. After i placed my order for the all nighter sandwich i waited 10 minutes. if waiting wasnt bad enough how about the person who came after me, got there order first. I was really upset.
Finally i got my order and brought it back to my office and wouldn't you know, it was just a bacon egg and cheese sandwich not the all nighter which is considerably more expensive that i paid money for.
I cant deal with this location anymore and im close to not dealing with this company. Oh, i went on January 15th when you were suppose to get a free bagel and shmear with purchase, no one in the store at the time i was there got that. Its clear on the website but there was no signage in store....
