I booked a trip to Caesars palace specifically to have a relaxing weekend in the pool (the large circular one with the fountains next to snaximus Maximus snack bar) on 8/15/20. I arrived to the pool around 9am, got my stuff set up for the day and waited for a server to come by so I could order some food/drinks in the 100 degree weather.
By 10, I had been waiting for a server and hadnât seen 1 in sight and I could not just get it myself (since the snack bar is closed to guests).
Finally, I start to see servers walking around so I prepare to order. After another hour, I noticed the servers had literally went to every person sitting next to/ around me but would not acknowledge, make eye contact or greet me. While I found that annoying, I figured I would just go up to them to place an order for the overpriced drinks.
I walk up to the server whom is taking the order of the people SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO ME, patiently wait for her to finish their order, it which she obviously sees me standing there, and proceeds to walk away after taking their order.
Again, Iâm getting annoyed because its over 100 degrees at this point , Iâve been there for hours and still hadnât been acknowledged. I politely say to her as sheâs walking away and obviously saw me âExcuse me, Iâd like to order a drink pleaseâ in which she angrily asks âWhere are you sitting?â (Which was a stupid question as she clearly saw me sitting right next to the people whom she just took the order of). I point to my chair in which she hastily replies âWell youâre not in my section so you need to wait for your own sever!â
I stood there shocked that this employee at a pool, would have the nerve to speak to me that way! Iâm not sure if itâs because i look younger than I am, or perhaps because of my skin tone, but it just didnât make sense to me that I would be in a âdifferent sectionâ than the person right next to me.
After ANOTHER hour there was STILL âno server for my sectionâ I ended up just walking up to random servers literally begging to order some food and drinks and no one could figure out âwho the server for my section wasâ even after having been there for 4 hours at that point.
Finally a server decided to take my order (didnât get her name but she had short blonde hair With highlights that was in a bun), and was awesome to help even though I wasnât âin her sectionâ. At the end of the day, I left her a very generous tip on top of my $100 bill, just to spite the other girl that Iâm sure was my server and just didnât want to help me because of her pre-judgement.
To the short rude server with the long black hair and reminiscent of a human bratz doll that servers the front left side of the circular pool, I hope you read this and know you missed out on a great tip thanks to your rude attitude and pre-judging of guests. I wonât be back thanks to this awful experience and look forward to staying at the Venetian next time as they have a clean pool with MUCH better service unlike the dirty...

If you love Greek mythology vibes, luxury, and a little divine poolside play with the godsâthis is the spot. The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace is hands down one of the most beautiful, serene pool areas in Vegas. Itâs high-end, elegant, and best of allâyouâre not surrounded by the usual wild party crowd. The elevated pricing naturally filters out the chaos and keeps the atmosphere chill and classy.
The main pool features four stunning fountains pouring into the water, keeping it circulating so itâs always clean and fresh. No murky water, no funky stuff floating aroundâjust crystal-clear, refreshing bliss.
Want to gamble without leaving your swimsuit? There are blackjack tables right by the pool (starting at $50 a hand, with a $100 buy-in table too). As long as youâre playing, your drinks are free. No complaints there.
We didnât pay an entry fee, and from what I understand, if youâre staying at Paris, Horseshoe, or Flamingo, you get access to this amazing pool area because theyâre all Caesars properties. We were staying at Paris and had no issues getting in.
The gardens and landscaping around the pool are gorgeousâtruly next-level aesthetic. It felt like a mini Grecian escape in the middle of Vegas.
Highly recommend if you want something beautiful, elevated, and relaxing....
Read moreReally I have mixed feelings about this place.Beautifully designed but not functional at all.Virtually no shade.Burning hot in Nevada and you can not even walk around the pool bare food.It will burn you. They are solutions for it but who cares. Not even talking about skin cancer. If you need umbrella it is $55 but forget about it- most of the time you won't get it.And you have to ask at least 5 different staff members to find out how to get it if you are able to catch them at all. They have build such a monumental place but can not do simething about a shade for people spending their money on the property. Service- obviously short of hand.I wonder why- Caesar's do not have money to hire more people(doubt it), they are cheap most probable or just do not care. Anyhow you will feel it there if you go.Just 1 cocktail waitress was working around the whole huge pool.No managers bother to turn up at all.It felt like left on its own. Organisation- if you are guest and you have to buy a lounge chair they will not take you to it.God knows where is it.You are on your own finding it looking for you name on it.Good luck with that as well. Overall it could be a great place but 3 stars is the most it would get from me.And that is a push from my side.Honestly I do not strive to get back...
