If I could give zero stars I would. I was very excited to try this place having walked by it a few times. It looks super cute and I love Giada DeLaurentis however, I couldn’t have been more disappointed by the food. I ordered a Tuscan salad, which was advertised to come with cannellini beans, Parmesan, onions and vinaigrette. It was 97% lettuce, 1% Parmesan 2% beans I don’t believe I even saw an onion on it. The food came in a prepackaged plastic container which was a shock especially when you pay $16 for it and you’re in a high-end hotel. You order at the counter, which to me made it seem like the food was ready to order but as soon as we paid, then they disappeared into the kitchen and came back 30 seconds later with clearly premade / prepackaged food and a plastic fork! The fact that they couldn’t even put it on a plate when you are dining in? My boyfriend got a turkey wrap that was plain / 7-11 quality. Subway sandwiches is better. Panera is 4x better in quality and also that they serve you with real plates and silverware if you dine in. Another problem is that they must have their refrigerator set way too cold because the lettuce in the salad and the turkey wrap were so cold that it was honestly pretty much impossible to even enjoy it. It felt like it was 1° warmer than freezing. Extremely...
Read moreI went to Pronto when I was in Vegas in 2018 and had the frosé. I liked it so when I was there last week I wanted to get another one and my sister wanted to try the lemon ricotta cookies. We went to Pronto Saturday around 1:15pm and I was told they were out of frosé. Per the sign, its available from 7am-4pm Sat and Sun. I asked the cashier were they going to make any more since it was only 1:15 and he said no. I told him what the sign said and he told another employee to see if she could get enough out of the machine for one for my sister and I. She was able to squeeze out enough for two. We stopped by again on Sunday around noon to get one before heading to the airport. I was told again that they were sold out. This time I could tell that none had been made at all that day. The machine was completely clean and empty. I asked were they making any more and he told me no, not until next week and that its only available Saturday and Sunday. I reminded him that it was Sunday and he told me to come back next week. I also saw a few people come up and ask for frosés while I was there so obviously its a popular item. I dont understand why they cant make more once they run out. If they arent going to have it available from 7am-4pm Sat and Sun, then they need to change the sign to say...
Read moreI was at Caesars Palace for a travel conference this week. I tried twice to have wine at Giada's wine bar but did not get served either time. The first time was around lunch time when three of us decided to have a glass of wine. We were still on East Coast time so it felt like 4:00 to us. We sat down at the bar and the person working there rudely asked if we had a question. We replied that we were just going to have a glass of wine. Again, rudely, we were told they didn't open until 3:00. We looked around for a sign with hours but there wasn't one. We walked over the next bar and had a lovely glass of wine. The next evening we had nine people meet at the same bar since it was convenient to the conference area. We sat at a table even thought there were only about four people at the bar. After waiting 20 minutes we asked if we could place an order. We were told, rudely, to wait our turn. We waited another five minutes and it was clear we were not going to be served. Again, we walked to the round bar directly across from Giada's and were happily served. We only had time for 1 drink before our event since we had to wait so long earlier but we gladly left a very large tip. There are too many friendly people in Las Vegas to waste any...
