We had our wedding at Sunset Gardens in the Chapel and Cellar spaces in July 2025. Here’s everything we can say about my experience with SG: We first toured SG in July of 2024 where we got the basic run down and information on the venue. We never felt pressured to book with them and even waited until we were back in Vegas and able to tour the venue again in September 2024 before we officially booked. Tony talked us through every question we had and never once asked if we were ready to book or pressured us into make a decision we weren’t ready for. I appreciated that the ball was in our court the entire time. Not feeling that pressure is one reason we kept circling back to SG after we initially toured. Also, while we were still looking at other options, SG was always available to answer any questions I had through email which made it super easy for me to go back and reference. Our coordinator: Gigi was super helpful through the planning process at our 3 month and 1 month check in. She definitely has a “tell it how it is” personality which was what I needed when I was being indecisive. She communicated clearly what the expectation was for wedding day and made sure we had no hiccups. Thank you Gigi! Our DJ: DJ Syd was top notch! He followed our song list request and everybody was engaged with the music at the reception. Our cake: Kathy with Tiers of Joy made the most phenomenal and delicious cake! We had a three tiered cake that had white cake with white chocolate raspberry swirl, chocolate cake with strawberry mousse, and red velvet cake with French vanilla. The white chocolate raspberry swirl was to die for!!! Everybody raved about the cake and the presentation was beautiful! Our food: OH MY!!! The food was so delicious! I was worried about not doing a food tasting, but had read so many compliments about the food that I knew SG would deliver. Every single person mentioned to us how delicious the food was and many went back for seconds! We had tri-tip and salmon entrees with mashed potatoes and green beans as sides. I appreciated that we were able to take the leftovers home with us to enjoy over the following week! Our florals: We utilized Natalie and Petals Flowers and Events. The flowers turned out so beautiful and we had so many compliments from our guests. We ended up taking all of the flowers from our Arch and from the tables to enjoy at home! Our Officiant: Alex Lopez absolutely delivered the most amazing ceremony! We received so many compliments on the ceremony and Alex did an amazing job of tying all aspects together. His delivery was on point and we’re so lucky to have had someone who cares so much about their work! 1000% will recommend him to anyone getting married at SG. Our waitstaff and bartender: I want to give the biggest shout out and thank you to Adriana who was our personal server. SHE WAS SO AMAZING AND ATTENTIVE! From the second we joined the reception until we packed our stuff in the trunk, she was ready to help in anyway she could. Diana was our bartender who kept the drinks flowing all night and made our signature drinks taste so delicious! We also want to say another thank you to Izzy and Peyton for their help throughout the night! Our photographer: Laurie was amazing to work with and we’re so excited to get our photos back from her! She made sure to capture every photo we wanted and bounced around the reception taking photos of the guests which was super nice! We had requested Laurie from the moment we booked with SG and I’m so happy we were able to have her for our day. The only thing I wish I had known was that we didn’t get the photographer for the entire reception. Had I known, I would’ve mentioned that I wanted photos under the string lights in the garden area at night. We ended up getting some very nice photos by a relative so it all worked out there but one thing to keep in mind if you want photos at the end of the night! Overall we had such an amazing experience with Sunset Gardens!!! Big thanks to the entire SG Team!

WOW! This is the best word to describe our experience at Sunset Gardens. We wanted to plan a destination wedding and where better than the Wedding Capital of the World. After looking at several places (SG was a last-minute find) we were blown away by Sunset Gardens. From our first meeting with Tony to our wedding day with our Coordinator, Gigi the service was above and beyond. We want to take this time to thank everyone that was a part of our Happily Ever After. First off, no wedding would ever be complete without all the individuals that put time into creating the perfect backdrop for your special day. The venue is beautiful without anything added but the flowers really make a statement. Natalie Hannigan with Petals Flowers made our vision a reality. The Arbor in the Chapel was Gorgeous and the transition to the Cellar behind our table was perfect! Sending a huge THANK YOU to Adam Berchin for stepping in on the day of to officiate our nuptials. We appreciate all the time you took with us before the ceremony and had the utmost confidence in leaving everything in your hands. You clearly love what you do and that radiated out to us and our guests. The staff that served during the Cocktail hour and Reception were awesome. We didn’t catch everyone’s name but Ellie (I think that is spelled right) was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of the whole night. The hors d’oeuvres, Braised short ribs, Herb Roasted Chicken, etc. were a hit with us and all our guests. Everything was Top notch! When we were ready to make our grand entrance, mother nature made a surprise drop in with a rare thunderstorm and a power outage!! Shoutout to DJ Dale Savage for the uplighting, his quick action to get a battery powered speaker system set up and the Sunset Team for hustling to light and place candles for us and our guests to enjoy dinner in a romantic ambiance. Once the lights came back on DJ Dale got the party started and kicked off the night with Grand Entrance 2.0 with Fog Fury Pyro effect. The Dancing on a Cloud is a MUST! We highly recommend. The music helped set the tone for the guests to take advantage of the Step and Repeat photo booth provided by Iris Dumuk. We opted for the green screen for three fantastic Vegas themed backdrops for our guests to enjoy. Everyone had fun, went home with a copy and we ended up with a great album of memories. If it’s in your budget, splurge. Every great reception needs a Top Shelf Bartender and Nikki A. was fantastic at keeping the drinks flowing and she made sure the Groom always had a cold beer. Our guests raved about her service and the fact that she knew exactly what they were drinking every time they went to get a cocktail. She always had a smile and her personality was fantastic! We love Nikki A. (Lorna, says “Hi”, inside joke) Las Vegas Cake Design (shout out to the AWESOME sisters, Dawn & Kim, that own this sweet spot) created the perfect wedding cake. The Groom also wanted a cake to represent his alma mater, Texas A&M University, so they designed his cake that captures the saying, EVERYTHING is BIGGER in TEXAS! Now everyone knows that it’s the photographer that has the toughest job in capturing all the great moments, from the unexpected to the candid shots, for the happy couple. Well, Anthony Constantine with SG Photo, you were wonderful and captured ALL the moments, from our First Look to our Grand Exit and everything in between. We couldn’t be happier with all the wonderful pictures. It will be hard to pick which ones to post. To anyone looking for a venue for a destination wedding or even a local one, you can’t go wrong in choosing Sunset Gardens. Even an unexpected summer rain shower, thunder and a lightning strike nearby that took the power out for several blocks couldn’t dampen our spirits or ruin this event. Our guest just took it in stride and thought it was planned as part of our Grand Entrance and the SG Team made sure no one missed a thing. Thank you for a night we will never forget!

5 stars for Dj Syd and our Server Ellie, 4 Stars for the venue, 2 Stars for the Staff, 1 star for the owner. Also I've seen some of the names of the staff adding reviews to google reviews so don't believe every review as it is the staff making 5 star reviews We are now looking at photos of our day and realized the venue took most of our desserts beware of if you tell them to put things out to double check everything!!! We paid for 420 desserts only half was placed out and it was never refilled!!!! I am emailing them now proof of course I did not check the day of my wedding that is the wedding coordinators jobs she said she will take care of it ! And it wasn’t ! Our overall experience with our wedding day specifically was amazing. It went how we wanted it to go aside from other issues that were from outside companies we hired, it was great. Dj Syd was also amazing and did everything perfectly. As well Ellie our server for the bridal sweet was absolutely amazing Although when it came to the staff, specifically the bar tender, The OWNER, and the day of coordinator we did not have the best experience. Also if you want to plan things ahead of time, this isnt the venue for you. They do timelines the month of the wedding, you don't know who your coordinator is until the day before the wedding, and the officiant won't reach out to you until maybe 3 days before the wedding. The coordinator Gigi was helpful but the attitude that came with that helpfulness was not needed nor appreciated. When asking simple questions she was very snappy. For example she was going over the wedding times and I am a person that likes to repeat things just to be sure. When repeating the time that she said we have to arrive she said, "LIKE I SAID, BE HERE AT THIS TIME", with an attitude. She did this in front of our entire wedding party and our family in which she made everyone quite upset with her afterwards. Over the course of planning our wedding we would call her with questions and concerns but was again met with attitude. The bartender at the venue refused to serve certain drinks that we purchased and brought to the venue. We bought a brandy that was in the shape of a dragon and instead of serving it, he lied and said that we told him not to serve the dragon and it was just for display. Also he was making the "His" drink incorrectly. This was an old fashion and he was making it with vodka. When friends and family went to ask for him to change it, he told them that he wasn't going to do that. He was rude to most friends and family and worst of all he was soliciting people for TIPS. When addressing all of this with the owner Tony, he was very dismissive and defensive. I told him about the bartender and he tried to explain to me that he cant help it if people's feelings are hurt by his bland attitude and gave me some analogy about how some women think he might be hitting on them for telling them the look nice and some women just say thank you. This had nothing to do with what we addressed, such as the bartender soliciting people for tips. He says we should've addressed it with him during our wedding as if that was the main thing we wanted to do on our wedding day. He says he doesn't see the problem since it seemed like everyone had a good time. Overall I would not recommend this venue's staff. It sounds great when you first decide to choose them as your venue based on everything they say the offer. But I would highly recommend getting our own staff if you still like the overall look of the venue because it was beautiful and we are happy we got married here. We just really don't like how we were treated along the way.

(Lorna, says “Hi”, inside joke)

Las Vegas Cake Design (shout out to the AWESOME sisters, Dawn & Kim, that own this sweet spot) created the perfect wedding cake.

Thank you for a night we will...

As well Ellie our server for the bridal sweet was absolutely amazing

Although when it came to the staff, specifically the bar tender, The OWNER, and the day of coordinator we did not have the best experience.

We just really don't like how we were treated...
