Target — Local services in Paradise

This store is INADEQUATE and 2 VERY RACISTS staff. ONE the manager is extremely racist as well as a OLD LADY wear a security vest about 79 yrs old! A employee was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. She even asked me to come back to show me the Vegas strip. Respectful I sent a mssg thru a employee it wasn't appropriate to wait and would be outside. The store manager followed me and I was watching her the entire time seething with hate and directly LIED TO THE SECURITY. This racist manager stated I asked staff for another's information which was a BOLD LIE. Being I caught her by eye contact go directly to 3 other black employees and lie directly to them. I DIRECTLY went to the security who recognized me immediately form buying clothing earlier. I informed him the young lady told me to come back around 9 to 9:30 to show me some of Vegas. He immediately saw himself the store manager and the old woman were directly RACIAL PROFILING when no harm was done. I left because I saw the INTENT in the eyes of this store manager. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS LOCATION. THE TWO WOMEN ARE THE ROOT OF THE CURRENT RACISTS KARENS IN COMPANY BUSINESSES. I will report this to their Corporate...

I have Visited this Target outlet morning. I am not sure why this lady in this pic. behaved so rudely.. I greeted her twice with a “Hello…” and she heard me but stay to ignore it...

When I called out again, she didn’t even look at me and curtly asked... “What?” I simply inquired whether they had any electronic items...and she replyed in a dismissive and impolite manner.... "We don’t sell...” As if like, i begged money from Her.... 😊

Dear Lady, I dont know who you are.. What you are... May be you are at your PMS.. Still, A little courtesy goes a long way..

I hold no grudge...but please remember lady....customers like us contribute to the business that supports you and your family...

A respectful attitude is the least we expect... Please.

To Target HR Dep. I sincerely request that basic customer service and communication training be provided to your staff guys..

Arrogance and a lack of professionalism will only damage the company’s reputation.

Unpleasant experiences like this discourage people from returning... Thanks...

Really bad experience from first Target Outlet...

This is hands down the best Target I have ever been in. Trevor and his team made the experience for my husband and myself exceptional. We were greeted by all employees, asked what they could help us with and delivered a solution when they didn’t have what we were looking for. The first employee was Trevor he greeted us and asked how he could help us, we told him what we were looking for he apologized for not having the highly sought-after item for a desert climate not available. He then offered another item similar to what we were looking for. While we continued to shop another employee greeted us and asked how he could help us, we told him what item we were looking for he said let me check the back it may have come in on our truck. We then see Trevor he walked over to us and said hey I found what you are looking for. This is seriously the best customer service experience I have had in a long time.
