I came to write a review- something I rarely do- to regrettably express concern about a particular food item offered on the late night menu- the spicy chicken sliders. First off, I want to say how spectacular the service was, Antonio was friendly, the manager ( I think Daniel was his name) covered the cost of my sliders and both of them listened to my concerns. I ate one of the sliders before I discovered that they were pink in the middle. At first I thought it may have had to do with the pickled onion, but as I cut open the remaining two I realized they were also pink. So I did not finish them. When Antonio came back to the table, asking how the meal was, I told him what I found. The manager then came over and assured me that they were cooked through all the way and that it had to do with the paprika in the buttermilk marinade. To stay on the safe side I did not continue with the rest of my meal. They offered to replace them with new sliders or something else, but at that point I was full. The portions for the late night menu were generous with what we ordered! My husband and I shared the loaded tots- delicious! The pulled pork was so tender and I loved the creaminess of the cheese. And he ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread which had great flavor and a ton of chicken on it! Nothing but positive things to say about the rest of the food and the service. The bad news however, is that I’m posting this two days later and for the past two days I have had urgent diarrhea, stomach cramps, queasiness and fatigue- I believe it is attributed to the under cooked chicken. The manager said that this menu item has been complained about multiple times and sent back to the kitchen very frequently. So my question to Hard Rock Cafe- corporate, is why does this item continue on the menu prepared the same way?
Despite this I would recommend this restaurant and if we return to Vegas we would consider eating there again- just without the...
Read moreHave been to Hard Rock in other locations with pretty reliably good experiences every time. But this time was honestly just not acceptable. We arrived with a large group as a walk in, which we were concerned would leave us with not enough time to get to our next event. It was late in the evening, and wasn’t very busy and we were sat right away which was amazing. Our server wasn’t particularly attentive and was slow with drinks and didn’t bring all the drinks we asked for. Then the food came out incredibly slow, which was disappointing for how busy it was, or rather how busy it wasn’t. A few of the orders came out wrong, which were very simple and were rung in incorrectly. Someone had come over to correct the server (wasn’t a manager I don’t believe but maybe a more veteran server). Trying to get out quickly, we asked for the check to be split 3 ways, and after about 15 minutes we hadn’t even received the checks making us late for our next event, which we would’ve easily made on time otherwise. We asked to speak to a manager but by the time he had come over, and said “you asked to speak to someone?” We had already been paid up. As we were explaining one of the issues and said one sentence, he asked for one minute and said he’d be right back and wandered around and we ended up just leaving as again we were late and he seemed in no hurry to help. Doesn’t do us any good to get anything other than a refund as we don’t live in Las Vegas and don’t intend to come back on this trip. The manager seemed disinterested and lacked the confidence to come up and solve the problem.
Outside of that, I actually thought the food was very good once we actually got everything we ordered, and the atmosphere is good as it is in other locations. This place needs to think about a change in management, as I think that issue is...

We were in town for my sisters wedding in July 2025. This review is long over due, better late than never.
It was a hot day, my girlfriend and I were looking to have a nice sit down lunch with a cool laxed atmosphere. We stumbled into the hard rock cafe.
I'm familiar with the hard rock atmosphere, even have a little taste of the pool life day-party scene that the San Diego Hard Rock has to over. While being seated I took the time to snap a photo of the shoes worn by Matt Sanders of avenged sevenfold at the "Taste of Choas" tour. Being a SoCal, huntington beach kid. I'm obviously a huge avenged sevenfold fan and the amazing In-&-Out burgers. Little did I know that I would be in for my own In&Out taste of choas burger perfection myself.
Now living in Chicago I have been on the search for a burger that resembles in infamous "In-&-Out" double-double. As it is extremely difficult to replicate these amazing burgers, a few of the establishments that I have encountered on my journey have come close.
The Hard Rock burger shown in the picture is one of these burgers. For me it lands in the top-10, somewhere in the middle of an In-&-Out "like" burger that I'm so desperately home sick for. I understand there is an In&Out located in Vegas; however--and nothing against the vegas In&Out-- there is something about grabbing an In&Out burger off beach blvd, oceanside off 76 and feeling the crisp ocean air fill your lungs.
Alright, this post is about Hard Rock burger and the burger shown is up to par in comparison with In&Out. That is strong phrase coming from this SoCal kid. Take care all - be good to yourself, each other and one another.
See you soon, D,...
