The VR Experience is good. It’s not as visually captivating as the experience at area 15 (Virtualis) but still solid. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times with family and would have left a positive review. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time of 3:15pm to take care of payment and fill out waivers. This was never an issue in the past and the game has always started at the scheduled time. The employee who was working the game (Bryan) started the game with other players before 3pm. When I tried to reason with him and ask why the game had started early he was abrasive and kept on emphasizing that we needed to arrive 30 minutes beforehand to secure payment, so unfortunately we were unable to play. I thought I’d have to leave the game but our game master, Johnny, was an angel like spirit guide who calmly lead me through the hardest parts. I’d trust my life with him after that. The zombies game was incredibly fun and I can’t wait to do it again. We did this on a whim but it is solidly one of the best things I’ve...

Also, we were told to arrive at 11:00, but they did not show up until 11:15. We almost left.
MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM YOUR KIDS ARE AT LEAST 13; OTHERWISE, THEY WON'T LET THEM PLAY!!!
It's $50 a person, but it's worth it. We had a blast, and the staff was really cool. It took a bit of convincing, but they finally let my "13...
