I had my intake Oct 7th, and was told I would be contacted within a week - I was not. I finally called today (almost 2 months later!!!) and was informed that there has been a mistake. It's great to know that I paid the intake fee, and the only options I was offered were "We can match you now or give you community referrals". If you want to be treated by professionals, and you do because mental health issues require proper care, go elsewhere.
