We should have left at the first warning signs: funny odor upon entering (hard boiled egg smell)- we overlooked this. We were hungry.
Second warning sign: a male server half acknowledges us by grabbing menus and walking toward a table. No "hello", no "how are you?" .... just a walk to the table and a quick exit.
It was downhill from there. My kids ordered juice- he didn't ask what size they wanted and assumed large. Okay, not a big deal. Good business move for sure but not a deal breaker.
We order food. I asked for veggies as my side dish. I got fries. If he hadn't walked away so fast I would've said something. So, I waited... and waited.... and waited for him to check on us so that I could let him know that there was a mistake. He never did.
I got up to ask for more napkins, more water for our empty cups and to let him know that I got fries instead of vegetables. He comes back and informs me that I will have to pay for the veggies because I ate the fries (I gave them to my kids because I assumed they wouldn't be saved for another customer). But now.... now I'm mad. The error was on his side of the equation but I'm supposed to pay the extra. I don't think so.
Thankfully, a woman stepped in. Or, I should say, that I had to enlist the help of a woman that was on staff and she was wonderful. She smoothed things over.
The male server never apologized for ignoring us or getting the order wrong.
The only thing that made everything ok was the food. The food was very good. My daughter had a Caesar wrap and my son and I had burgers. Everything was fresh and very tasty. The accidental fries I was trying to avoid were awesome, too.
So, I have to give the food a thumbs up and the service a thumbs down. We may or may not give it another try....

This place is a gem! After driving around the strip looking for parking near any good breakfast spot, we finally abandoned the mission and found this place a couple miles away. Don't be discouraged by the pictures of pho and philly cheesesteaks on the door - this is the breakfast place you're looking for!
The food was exactly what we needed that morning - no better, no worse. Just solid delivery on the dishes we ordered - including omelettes, breakfast burritos, and even a breakfast quesadilla.
Though we played it safe with our orders, my favorite part of this restaurant was the hilariously diverse menu. Where else can you find a menu that includes all your standard breakfast favorites AND tiramisu, curry, philly cheesesteak, yakisoba, milkshakes, egg rolls, hummus,...
Read moreIf you have transportation off the strip, go here for breakfast. Period. The food is amazing and you get way more food for the price than most breakfast or brunch places these days. It may not meet the cheap prices of the old school greasy spoon diners that'll give you a full breakfast for like 3 bucks, but it's the best you can expect to find these days. Plus the food is delicious and perfectly made to order.
Options at the casinos on the Strip may be "gormet" or whatever, but if you're just looking for an affordable good old fashioned eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, etc. (or some other fancier options like the steak and eggs picture here), this place is a must!
PS, sorry the steak and eggs were half way eaten in this picture. I was really excited. Also, did I already mention how...
