A Nostalgic Trip with a Gourmet Twist at Cheba Hut. From the moment I stepped into Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs, I knew I was in for a unique experience. This isn't your ordinary sub shop; it's a place where nostalgia and innovation meet to create an unforgettable dining adventure. I decided to try their toasted sandwiches and settled on the Dank Sinatra, an open-faced pizza sandwich that promised to be a symphony of flavors. And oh, did it deliver! The sandwich was a masterpiece of perfectly toasted bread, topped with a harmonious blend of cheese, sauce, and toppings that sang with every bite. It was evident that Cheba Hut takes pride in their ingredients, and their craftsmanship turned what could have been a simple meal into an exquisite experience. But what truly set this visit apart for me was the unexpected journey back to my childhood, courtesy of their Kool-Aid. Yes, you read that right—Kool-Aid! It's not often you find a restaurant that serves this iconic beverage, and it instantly transported me back to my younger days. It was a sweet, refreshing complement to the savory excellence of my sandwich. Becoming a fan of Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs was inevitable after such a delightful experience. Their combination of excellent food, a laid-back atmosphere, and a dash of nostalgia is a recipe for success. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and the chance to explore more of their inventive menu. Whether you're a sandwich aficionado or just looking for a pleasant trip down memory lane, Cheba Hut is the place to be.

The best subs EVER! My introduction to Cheba dates years ago when I spent sometime in San Diego and there was one right across from SDSU. These guys are professionals when it comes to designing subs. I’ve had subs all across the country and in various chains and none hold a candle to Cheba Hut. Almost eat daily and their Jamaican Red is to kill for although from what I hear from my girlfriend The Kind is not so far behind either(see what I did there🙂). The freshest chicken I’ve ever had is here and it just shows how truly far behind most sub chains (cough Subway ) are. Please maintain your quality as you scale guys🤞🏽 🤞🏽 On top of that the milieu is very millennial because “F yeah! It’s about time”. The staff is laid back and friendly. Huge shout out to Krystal and Connor for always being awesome and welcoming even in the most busy times. Today we saw how with a very calm and composed demeanor Connor was able to take care of one “not so awesome” customer. These guys are professionals when it comes to customer service and the food. Alright! Time to chomp on my 2nd sandwich of the day. PS Try the munchies if you can. The Rice crispys alone are worth it and there’s so much more(read Goo balls and Chocolate cereal bars🙌🏾🙌🏾)

Recently, my brother and I decided to head out to lunch and we settled on the Chuba Hut right across the street from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. This place is super cool and has a lot of personality as soon as you walk in the door. We were super hungry, so we stepped up to order and were greeted by a very positive person who placed our order in a matter of seconds. I settled on the "KGB" sub because I totally wanted to try a roast beef and horseradish combo! I grabbed a bag of chips, filled my cup with ice and topped it off with their rad tea! Not gonna lie...the tea is really good! When the subs arrived, they came in a nifty paper lined basket and it smelled so good. We dug in and the sub did not dissapoint! The horseradish was just right and wasn't overpowering at all! The "pinner" 8 inch sub was just right! Big sandwich with big flavor. We really dug the vibe in the restaurant and the team was super nice, positive and the sub presentation & quality was tip top! We've been back twice now and it's our new sub spot when the craving hits.

Cheeba Hut Toasted Subs in Las Vegas, Nevada, is nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. As a food critic, I often find myself searching for that perfect combination of flavors, and Cheeba Hut delivered it with their Apollo 13 and Best of the West subs. Although I was so captivated by the incredible taste that I forgot to snap some mouthwatering photos, let my words paint a vivid picture of this unforgettable experience.

First and foremost, the Apollo 13 and Best of the West subs are true gems. The moment you sink your teeth into one of these delectable creations, you'll embark on a flavor journey that's out of this world. The bread, perfectly toasted to a golden brown, is the canvas upon which Cheeba Hut crafts its culinary masterpieces. Every ingredient is of top-notch quality, and the combination of flavors and textures is simply divine.

To complement these heavenly subs, I highly recommend the Berry Fountain drink with a twist – a splash of lemonade and apple cider vinegar. It's a refreshing and tangy concoction that hits all the right notes and pairs flawlessly with the subs.

What's equally impressive is the impeccable service at Cheeba Hut. The staff is not only friendly but also lightning-fast in delivering your order. They understand that when it comes to delicious sandwiches, time is of the essence.

For those looking to elevate their experience, Cheeba Hut offers fantastic happy hour specials at the bar for patrons aged 21 and over. It's the perfect way to unwind and savor your meal with a beverage that complements it perfectly.

What's even more astonishing is that this culinary haven has many locations in key areas in Las Vegas. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Cheeba Hut Toasted Subs is an absolute must-visit. It's a culinary adventure that will leave your taste buds singing and your stomach satisfied. In the world of food, Cheeba Hut is a shining star, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. A visit to Cheeba Hut is not just a suggestion; it's a culinary imperative – a...

In reference to the receipt printed at 11:04 PM on 5/27/25

(Very positive, VERY NEGATIVE, Very positive "sandwich" incoming....)

Upon my entrance there was a very cheerful female voice giving a greeting. I perused the menu for roughly 30 seconds prior to an individual coming to the register. I told him to "give me just a minute" while looking over the menu. He then proceeded to STAIR FRUSTRATEDLY directly to his left while I made my decision. I very clearly stepped forward to the register while he very clearly noticed me, yet intentionally did not acknowledge.

I then said "well, maybe 20 seconds, not a full minute". This superstar then rolled his eyes and took my order with the least amount of customer service that I can ever remember witnessing.

Despite realizing that I am objectively superior from both a customer service and multi-tasking standpoint than well over 99% of society, I can assure you that I'm not holding an employee of Cheeba Hut to that standard. However, this entire exchange needs to be deemed UNACCEPTABLE! I then proceeded to tip predominantly due to fearing food being spat in, not because it was deserved.

The good news for me was that I was rewarded with an upgraded size of sub (from pinner to whatever the next size is). I can't help but to think that this was a function of same said "female voice" from earlier cringing at the lousy customer service that she witnessed I had received.

Certainly, this is all on camera, and if management is worth their weight in "you know what", this individual will be fired in...
