Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Paradise

By far one of the worst locations I’ve been to. I’ve lived in the area for 5+ years and every time I come the dining area is filthy. And only ONCE in the years I’ve visited this specific location has any of the staff been kind to me or the friends and family I bring. Tonight was the last time I will ever go to chipotle, not only did they give me 7 pieces of cubed chicken as a serving for my burrito bowl, my partner also got half the serving when he paid for a double. We ordered large sodas and I guess they misheard and charged us for smalls.. our total was over $50. For two meals a bag of chips and a side of queso.. we asked for a size up and they wanted more money. Not to mention the whole staff gave the whole line of customers half servings of the meat they ordered. I heard other complaints from other patrons visiting. 99% of my experiences here were bad. Not getting what you pay for, and paying quite a bit in general for what it really is, sucks. Along with getting an attitude for requesting what you paid for.. wild. 0/10 do...

I came last week and the food had no flavor, the steak had no flavor, the rice or beans or even salsa had no flavor at all the green tobasco was the only thing that helped, I paid for my friends carnitas burrito and I gotna steak taco kids meal, I called and they were nice about it and said they would fix it if I had the receipt, I only had the receipt for his food I was happy to receive my money back when. The manager asked me if I wanted my money or the food, she sis kind of act weird and question me alot but she wasn't who I spoke with on the phone, atleast they refunded because I hated this meal and was sad we didn't just go to the taco truck and extremely let down and I don't want to be rude but the steak I ate had no flavor at all and the people that took my order were kind of rude when I asked questions about what came on the kids meal because I didn't understand why they refused to give me steak with queso or guacamole when it shown it comes with...

I like Chipotle and I have eaten it several times. Today, I had a lot to do so I ordered Chipotle through PostMates. When I started to eat it, I noticed that it tasted funny. I know what it's supposed to taste like and something in this bowl was not fresh. I called the store and spoke with manager, Brian, who said that the food was not bad. I know food and something in there was bad. He told me I would have to come to the store to get a refund. I ordered the food to have it delivered because I didn't have time to go get it, so I don't have time to go to the store for a refund. I was very surprised that Brian was so rude...not the kind of customer service I expect from Chipotle. I have never had an issue there before but have always had excellent customer service, which is one reason I keep going back. It'll be Cafe Rio for me from now on...their chips and guacamole are better anyway! Bye bye...
