I chose this place based on the wonderful ratings it had been receiving…. Only to be disappointed. 4 stars is a stretch. Got a pedicure and a manicure $130. #1 let me say $15 extra for gel is ridiculous. 2. The pedicure was pointless bc I still have dead skin all under my feet. Bc my right foot can’t sit flat (3 ankle surgeries) the paint and nail trim job on that foot is TRASH. Waste of $60. Now on to this nail set. I don’t know how to physically do nails 100% but I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16, so I know when something isn’t right. Young lady starts doing my set while I’m getting the pedicure. I noticed she was NOT using the correct nail size bc the tip would sit lifted on my finger and she would add glue to the spaces to fill in the gaps. She didn’t paint all sides like I asked, idk why nail techs forget that the tip of the nail is supposed to be painted. People see the tip of the nail, I asked for them to not be thick, she tells me (if I make them any thinner they will snap) I didn’t want to argue bc I’m not from here so I just said ok. I can tell the young lady doesn’t look at her work from ALL angles (1. Bc she didn’t do it while I was in the chair) 2. Bc her nails are lumpy and they all had a different thickness. Even if she would’ve looked at it from the side she would’ve seen her apex and c-curve were not smooth. Two nails had the acrylic basically sitting on top of the cuticle and was not shaved to be blended well. Since she used the wrong nail size there was space in between my thumb and the nail so when she laid the acrylic, she folded it under my nail it hardened against my skin. My thumb hurt so bad but in the beginning I thought it was a chemical or something bc I had relief when I washed my hands. I couldn’t even sleep bc it was throbbing. Mind yall im visiting, so I had to take a ride BACK to the shop for them to take the set off then back to my hotel. None of my nails were the same size/length/thickness. If she can’t get the acrylic down SMOOTHLY with just the file then she needs to use the drill. Talk about PISSED. first vacation since having my baby and my nails aren’t done and my feet look so bad I can’t even wear them out. Their employees need to understand FAST does not equate to EFFICIENT and it should always QUALITY over quantity. Waste of time and money. I bet I’ll have my nails and feet done before I travel to Vegas ever again. I did get my money back for the nails but I wasn’t even going to argue over my feet. I was traveling alone and did not want to cause any issues but yeah no I wouldn’t suggest the shop to anyone tbh also the way the techs were talking to the young asian lady at the counter was too much for me. I understand asking for help or materials but it’s a way to do it. 4 stars is super generous for this place. I wish I had taken a pic of the nail set but I have a pic of my feet right when I got to my hotel room and the girl put oil on them...

I came here to get my nails and toes done with my two sisters and I wanted to say how my experience went at this place we were walk ins I was greeted by the ladies very warm welcoming Dejah , Danni , and Mecca took very good care of us the conversation was very great and lots of laughs definitely they made us feel very comfortable they gave use exactly what we was looking for and they was very clean every tool was sanitized pulled fresh from the packaging only issue I had was I feel like the receptionist did not know how to do her job or know what’s going iris seemed very just confused she was telling us one thing then it was another it was very frustrating as I look around you see half of the staff in scrubs looking very presentable and the other half in just street clothes sweats leggings capri with sandals just looked very unprofessional I love my nails but I was told one price by the receptionist and when I sat down to get my nails down I was told a totally different price I didn’t like that I would rather the person who is doing my nails tell me my quote and up front cost . And what everything will cost Ethan was absolutely amazing sweet and full of energy nailed my sisters nails to a T and great conversation made my sister feel very comfortable . I love that Danni Dejah Ethan and Mecca is on top of there stuff and very knowledgeable when speaking with us and explaining services and what is best and what they recommend. Definitely recommend the receptionist gets more experience with her job role cause she was just confusing everyone in the salon on what to as we sat and watched and her conversations other then that our service was Great with those ladies and Ethan definitely book them for your...

UPDATE: While I originally had a not-so-great experience at this salon, the owner Leon personally reached out and wanted to make things right. He invited me to try their other location just down the street, CITY NAILS and I’m really glad I did. I was helped by Sarah, who did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and made sure everything came out exactly how I asked. I really appreciated the effort the owner put into correcting the situation and the quality service I received the second time around.

This was my second visit, and it will be my last. Both times I arrived, I was told to sit down without being who would be doing my nails or how long I’d be waiting. Despite using magnets to measure before cutting, I still left with nails of noticeably different lengths — my pinkies are much longer than the rest.

The nail techs here lack professionalism and seem content to let clients leave with flawed work unless it’s pointed out. I originally came because this place was highly recommended and the photos online showed beautiful nail designs. Unfortunately, the techs I’ve been assigned didn’t seem interested in doing a quality job.

The only reason I gave them a second chance was because my friend has had great results here. While my nails weren’t terrible, they were far from worth the drive or the prices charged. I don’t know the name of the nail tech, as she never...
