Service here at first started off pretty good ish server took a long time to see us finally we order our drinks which came out fairly quick, now check this out after the first round, it took them 10-15 mins to get our food order mind you there was only 2 -3 tables tops there. Our food comes and the order is wrong we ordered pork chops, but the girl put in carne asada by accident, so she asks if we want to get the pork on the side we tell her yes after we had already finished our meal the pork chop comes which was 20-30 mins later, then they bring us the check they charged us for the pork chop and refused to fix the check ok fine, now here is the fun part we try paying with my card, it say chip malfunction , so i give the girl another card and cash just to be safe she comes back says chip malfunction, so I ask if the atm works there girl shrugs and says i dont know and walks away, so at this point they send the “manager” over and this young girl is so rude and says we dont do split payments which would have been helpful from the beginning, so I give her another card and tell hey sorry my chip has been messing up this girl has the audacity to say well is this one going to work and do you even have money on like what the actual f, so that card finally works she also comes back and says next time just know we don't do split payments thats why your card didn’t work and the other girl is new so thats why she didnt tell you any of this but you should know. I was shocked on the poor level of communication and customer service delivered by this place. I will for sure not come back here here are the reasons again Poor service Lack of communication Messed up an order refused to fix it Over all lack of urgency Mediocre food and drinks Atm doesnt even work

Everything could have been avoided with simple communication and a little respect, but we were treated as if we were going to run out on a $150 dollar bill....

This place is such a bad reputation for our country Honduras, the food is horrendous, the service is so unprofessional and horrible disgusting they don’t have no manners they charge you tip without your consent we asked if they had a policy of us paying for tip too and they said at first yes we do in a paper in then we told the lady may we see it and she denied and told us no so we asked her again do you have a policy for that and she said no they also bring the food out cold or reheated and they make their Tamales de elote 3 days before they told us after we complained about it because it was so dry and it had little spots of mold so we complained n she told us they make the food 3 days before. This place is so unprofessional that they even wanted to charge us 18% extra they also have bad customer service this place deserves to get shut down this is just disgusting because as a Honduran I am very disappointed because this is not our typical food I am very upset because they are not actually serving what real Honduran food is this is such a disappointment I hope the health department can shut this place...

Tengo 2 años de venir aquí .. y antes su comida era muy rica , pero perdieron el sabor y todo lo demás , pedí un pollo con tajadas y me dieron algo todo desabrido sin sabor a nada y con 2 tajadas pelonas .! La verdad a nadie le gusto la comida , ni a mi hija . I been coming here for more than 2 year and the food used to be really good and authentic but today I came again with my daughter and her grandparents and all our food did not taste good at all , I ordered a pollo con tajadas and a baliadas , it had no taste what so ever and they only gave me a few tajadas , I told the waitress about it and she even seen my play that had no tajadas then 15 minutes later an order of tajadas came in ,-!!! Baliada never came my daughters soup tasted like nothing .! The worst thing was that at the end I was getting charged for the extra order of tajadas that I never ate Because I wasn't hungry any more .!! Long story short I’m never coming here...
