Dianas flowers — Local services in Paramount

I was excited, now I have a retraction since I actually purchased about $100 for my event. As I cut my flowers for my centerpieces, I did not expect all the be in mint condition, hover many were showing wilting leaves. Price gets 5 stars but quality, you really need to look at the flowers, what they did was take off the outer petals to make the flowers look fresh, some of the baby breath looked like it sat in water a little too long and was turning brown. Again, I didn't expect mint condition. When I buy flowers from Costco or Sams they last a good 7 days or more. IF i return I will need to do a more detailed examination of the flowers, more than 1/2 of the flowers of the centerpieces were severely deteriorating at a fast pace. If the flower was touched, it would fall apart. I added the flower food, cut the stems, kept the AC on, even though it hasn't been hot to keep them fresh but no luck No time to take them back, I purchased them on Wednesday afternoon, started working on the arrangements, Thursday was my birthday, I did got back and told them, I got 1 replacement bouquet of roses.I wasn't about to start all over on 17 teacup arrangements and 7 small teapot as vases. The carnations were okay and we did lots of greenery. For my cake, I went to HomeDepot and got some nice flowers. Awful customer service! Was assisted by the owner herself and she treated me as if my business was no good enough. As I waited for my order to be completed an older Caucasian gentleman enter the business and was immediately helped. When I enter I was under the impression it was self served. Yet, when this gentleman enter my order was put aside and he was assisted. My flowers were welting, and when I asked to have them arranged and cleaned up a bit I received an attitude. I inquired with Diana & her team about getting a flower crown done for my sister for her graduation. I showed them what she wanted & told them the colors she wanted as well. I placed the order on a Monday & picked it up Friday morning the day of her ceremony. It was beyond beautiful. Not only was it beyond beautiful but it was built to last. It traveled from here all the way to Thousand Oaks where she graduated from. The ceremony was outdoors so the sun was shining on her all day and at the end of the day it looked as good as when I picked it up. She was given so many compliments through out the day.
