I ordered my first sectional from John Michael Designs back in 2021. The last piece from a competitor claimed to be just as good, but that was not true. I ended up replacing it 24 months later with a John Michael piece. The quality was night and day! Everyone that came to our house went crazy over the size, fabric and style!

After throwing away thousands of dollars on look-a-likes, when we had to furnish a rental property, we went with the XL double Chaise and every renter review talked about how amazing the Chaise was!

This past year we decided to take on another property that had a huge living room and family room. Not only did John Michael help us with our fabrics but the pieces elevated the property and the comfort and quality is leaps over any other option.

Our 2021 sectional is a great today as it was 4 years ago! The only problem is our entire family is way too comfortable so falling asleep on it is our go to routine!

Even our puppies love to cuddle on the John...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON JOHN MICHAELS FURNITURE!

I purchased an $8,000 sectional, expecting the high quality and standards that John Michaels claims to uphold. Instead, I received an absolute nightmare. The cushions are poorly made, constantly shedding feathers that poke through the fabric and make a mess in my home. This is not a minor defect—it is a persistent and unacceptable issue that significantly affects comfort and durability.

To make matters worse, when I brought this issue to the store where I purchased it, they refused to take responsibility. And John Michaels? Completely unhelpful and unwilling to stand behind their product. Based on my experience and similar complaints from others, this seems to be a common problem.

A company that charges premium prices but delivers subpar quality and dismisses customer concerns is one that should be avoided at all costs. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from John Michaels to look elsewhere—you will only end up...

I felt compelled to write a review after I read some dudes lunatic review of this amazing furniture. We have an apartment in Irvine, California and the double extra wide chair chaise is the best thing ever! I couldn't decide on a color and the team at John Michael, we're awesome! They were patient and knowledgeable and even after I changed my mind 3x, they still were amazing! Check out the picture and you will know why you can stop touching the piece.

I shopped around for a while and other retailers claimed to be better but they weren't! Some even lied about what I would get if I went with John Michael... Shame on you for lying and trying to scam your way to a sale.

This was the best purchase I have made in a long time and I am a diehard customer of John Michael. Everything else is pales in comparison.

Don't be fooled by imitation pieces and brands.
