About 3 years ago we purchase a Persian large rug from the Paramus location for over $3K. Few months into the rug, we started noticing it was peeling/shedding more than a typical rug. We called the Paramus location store and spoke to the Manager several times for over a year. Finally, two years thereafter, continuing to call and beg, the associate said (Amir) I will speak to my boss and get back. Chased him or another few weeks, ignoring of our phone calls, emails, he finally agreed to replace Our rug! New rug comes - the same non sense! The yarn is being pulled across majority of the rug, continually shedding, and already worn out on 7-8months. I would never recommend this location and/or the store. It is quite unfortunate because the all the pieces look amazing but the quality is horrible and the lack of care and customer service makes the experience and dollar not worth it! We purchased two custom high end Henredon sofas. The little casters on the English legs broke and I have spent nearly 8 months trying to have them replace them. The store, their corporate customer service rep have done nothing. They claim to have 'returned our calls' NEVER EVER EVER and each time I talked to someone there, was assured there would be immediate attention paid to it. Really, I just need these two replacement casters. Originally I lived near the store and was going to have them replace them for me. Now I live far away and I'm stuck. Read moreThis store was asked to hold stock of a non-custom item and refused to refund my card. The sales rep was still clarifying terms with me and charged my card without signed consent. No agreement was signed and they would not cancel the charge. That's just stealing. Store Manager got on the phone to protect the sale and fight me on the money they took! Unbelievable! Business practices include deceit; HUGE mark-ups to pay sleazy sales reps (Andrea); leveraging unsigned documents to hold customer funds; actions in violation of PCI compliance [for card processing]; verbal abuse; and hostile work environment (former employee informed the manager abused them, which I believe based on my experience speaking with them).
