The worst experience repeats again and again at this store . First of all the store will never have the order ready on time. My pickup supposed to be ready by 7.45pm and I had to wait till 8.35pm to get my order. This also caused lot of people waiting for the order and was like 20 to 25 minutes inside the small store which really made me uncomfortable during the pandemic. There was no one in the store managing the queue nor even calling out the order names. There was this one customer who took over the task of announcing the order names once ready to manage the rush. No one in the store cared about letting the customers know about the delay or apologise. And now the worst part -after I picked up the order and came back home we see chicken all over on a veggie salad that my wife ordered and this is the fourth time all of this is happening at the same store . My wife is a vegetarian and you can imagine how we felt after all this mess of picking up the order. I will never go back to the store again and you have lost a long standing customer for sure. I know, now you will provide me a free entree to compensate for this , but I would never go back to the store again until you take strong steps to resolve this mess at the store. This specific branch has been absolutely horrible in terms of customer service and order fulfillment over the last few weeks specifically. They continuously make mistakes on orders, such as placing both cheese and sour cream on my bowl, in which I definitely did not order either and it clearly states in the order that there was no cheese; I am lactose intolerant. Time after time they mess up orders, and when talking to employees at the store they make no effort or even begin to comprehend how they mess up. This happened today. A few days ago, their system somehow didn’t recognize an order placed through the app, and I had to stand there waiting for an hour until the employees decided it was time to make my order, after repeatedly telling them how long I have been waiting for the order.
I hate complaining and giving out bad reviews, but this store has surpassed any sort of patience or possible excuses. Go to one of the other paramus chipotles. This route 4 chipotle has employees that literally make no effort to do their job, and management that doesn’t know how to...

If you order online and go into this establishment to pick up your order, you will be waiting for atleast 20 mins to be acknowledged by someone and then you will wait another 15/ 20 mins for your order to made. There was atleast 3 workers walking around and cleaning ( which is great) but you should maybe make sure online orders as well as in person orders are completed in a timely fashion. Worst part about this whole setup was that the manager was on duty and (apparently) does not address the orders placed online until you get to the location and throw a fit (again 35/ 40 mins later) It almost seems as if you would have a better experience walking in this place to order (to have a decent experience). This is the second time I have experienced this issue(at this location)so I will NOT be returning and I will be making sure to talk to someone higher up about this as I was not the only customer annoyed about placing an order online and it not being ready when I arrived. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 P.S Uber, Door dash, Grubhub customers etc don't waste your time ordering from this location as your driver will be late to drop...
