The Paris, TN, Kroger is great! There is a wide selection of any kind of product you may want, fresh, canned or frozen. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about whatever produce you're looking for. The refrigeration section is always up to date and fresh, and there's always a huge selection of cheese, yogurt, milk and juices available. The Deli offers a vast varity of meats and cheeses, and the in-house cooked food always looks delicious (we've never bought the deli food because our carts are already full of food to cook at home!). The store manager, Joe, seems to always be on the floor, answering customers' questions and giving advice on what food selection would go best with the entree for the meal. One of the best things he did for the Paris, TN, community was back in the brutality hot 2018 summer was to provide ice cold water to whoever needed it. That won't be forgotten!
Of course, we shop at the Paris, TN, Kroger at least once a week! And one of the sackers, Edwin, is always a treat...
Read moreA few months back I had to sit in their eating area while waiting for one of my housemates to do her shopping. Little did I know I would be sitting with the Store Manager and some of his employees while on break. He took the time to explain the wonderful benefits his employees receive which makes for happy employees which is passed down to the customers. This is SO TRUE. I sent in a compliment that week on the Manager of that store. Yesterday after having a terrible experience at another retailer we went to do grocery shopping there. The staff were ever so helpful, the store was clean and neatly stocked. One of the employees made it his mission to find a fully charged motorized cart for my housemate with a broken leg. The three of us (my housemates and I) are all disabled and on fixed incomes. While the price is a little more than I usually spend, I would rather shop in this environment than save a few dollars and get treated as if I am just in the...
Read moreI called to complain of the lady with the blue hair standing right over my family trying to check out today, to get told it’s quicker to use the person check out, I get it but when the line is all the way to the freezer and you only have one or two check outs open! It is easier for us to scan and go to self check out. Tried to tell the lady to please back up a bit to just hear it’s her job yes I get it’s YOUR job to put stickers on items that can’t be bagged but NOT your job to be right on top of someone where your PHYSICALLY TOUCHING them! The manger was rude and brushed it off saying it’s her job and the SAID employee is hands down pretty much which okay I’m glad she is a good worker but at least tell her to stand back a little bit and have a little bit of understanding for your PAYING CUSTOMER instead of saying mhm yeah that is what she is spouse to do it’s policy!!! Definitely won’t be returning to Kroger...
