Knights Inn Paris — Hotel in Paris

There were bed bugs, roaches, and my room was very gross dirt on the floor and in the droors, and the roaches were coming out from behind the fridge, my husband killed 3 all back to back it was very unpleasant, I am a very clean person and I couldn't imagine one coming home with me and I have an infant so if you decide to stay here be very catious if you stay here. I definitely wouldn't recommend it at all, the staff was nice but can be very rude at the same time, I even had to go get rags because they forgot them, and then they didn't program our key to our room so I had to go back to the office and she said it was programmed and I said it wasn't and then she informed me that she put the wrong number in and then put the right number in and then gave me back the card with the look of hatred on her face, so just think about it...

This is a family-owned business from a family that has a hard time understanding English, so calling for a reservation may end up with your extra bed that was promised not being in there until the next morning like what happened to myself and two band members that were stuck being uncomfortable for the only night we needed the extra bed. Nothing was offered in exchange for our discomfort or their mistake in compensary, verbal, or written form. It's not the newest place by any means either so don't expect greatness. Nasty room with open plumbing construction through the night. They knocked on the door at 9am to do the plumbing. Check out was at 11am. There is black mold in the bathroom. There was dirt everywhere and a terrible cigarette odor. Even clothing from the previous guests still in the room. Poor service and no one in the office to address the problem or give us a different room. Had to get a refund through Expedia because they were at the door at 10:30 am when we left he was demanding the key and refused the refund.
