Clean facilities and theaters. Best fountain drinks in town. Fresh popcorn unlike most theaters. Even the theaters are nicer than Murray or Jackson's. See some complaints about price raises. Still cheaper than going to any chain theater. Go to a regal and pay $15 for a 2d movie and $20 for a soda and popcorn. This theater I's very reasonable. We've all snuck candy in the theater.. Please expand your horizons and check out Regal/AMC. It's a very expensive experience to go to the movies. We are very lucky and Mr. Smith makes no money on ticket sales. He basically is letting us in at wholesale...

You know the computer that prints your ticket? It's for the movie studios who take pretty much 75 to 100% of ticket sales first 2 weeks... His family keeps a movie theater open on the concession stand.. In comparison it's a qtr of the price to chain theaters... Its a locally owned buisness and as a movie buff who has traveled outside our bubble.. If they can't afford to ask a few dollars there will not be a movie theater... Until a very expensive chain moves in.. Please Google Regal prices. Please Google film distribution. He has regulations and requirements by every movie studio... If a Disney movie is on 5 weeks. Chances are he's under contract to show it 4 weeks or not get the movie at all.. The 5th week when it's in the small theater is probably the first week he makes a dime on ticket sales... If he doesn't get a certain movie it's not due to the family's taste in movies.. The film Industry is heavily regulated and not favorable to theater owners who don't have large stock in the actual film company themselves..

If you enjoy movies or the experience I highly suggest. I hear a lot of complaints that are not due to the customer service.. Its 90% of the time a multi million dollar corporation deserves criticism I hear... Disney going to charge $30+ on top of subscription to watch these at home now. They still taking his tickets too. Movie studios are streaming day 1 and asking him to pay all proceeds to show a movie that's on HBO or D+. It will get worse when they have a monopoly. I hope this helps with some perception. Renting the theater for MCU movies the past 5 years is a luxury not many people have in...

THEY DONT SUPPORT THE SECOND 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I was pulled out of the movies by our small town equivalent to Swat whenever the Will Smith After Earth movie was playing For having a legal concealed carry someone just happened to see it under my jacket when I Bent over To pick up a dollar I dropped. That’s OK I understand the concern but they started the movie before I even got to go back in and missed a good 30 minutes they never offered a refund or even Apologized or anything they wanted me Banned from the premises or Arrested the officers explained I was legal and I had done nothing wrong management did not seem very happy with this. As a result they now have Band everyone from legally carrying in their theater. What’s crazy is I’ve been going To this theater and the one they had before it and I always thought of them like family now I feel mostly Disappointed That such a small town family ran business does not support The second amendment or the Rights of its customers.

On a better note: The theater is always clean the refreshments are always fresh the bathrooms are...

I rarely go to this theater because it is so poorly managed. So many changes need to be made. The concession stand is a joke. While there is another concession stand, it is rarely open, so you have to stand in line sometimes for so long, you miss the beginning of the movie. On recent visits, the popcorn was stale, as if they were using what was made the night before. There should be an option for movies shown in 3D, for those who don't want to see it in 3D. Of course, then they couldn't charge more. PLEASE drop the PSA with the old lady cooking, shown for years before the movie starts. Worst of all is the number of commercials shown before a movie starts. If I want to see commercials I will stay home and watch TV. Better yet, I will just go to the theater in Murray, which I have done for years. Prices are the same, they usually show a movie in 3D and 2D, ushers monitor the crowd for loud people and you can get concessions in just a few minutes. Plus, no 10-15 minutes of...
